The admission to B.A. Semester-I is open to a student who has passed the Higher Secondary Part-II examination (12th Class) of J&K State Board of School Education or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto.

The admission is given strictly on a merit basis in accordance with the college intake capacity for different streams/subjects fixed by the Higher Education Department/the University of Jammu.
