Greetings, aspirant!
MHT-CET stands for Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test and is conducted in the state of Maharashtra to grant participating students admission to various courses such as:
The exam itself is conducted online and is 3 hours long in duration.
Apart from MHT-CET, MAH-MCA-CET is conducted for applicants that want to pursue Master's in Computer Applications and MAH-M.Arch-CET is conducted for applicants wishing to pursue a Master's degree in Architecture.
Grant Medical College, Mumbai offers over 36 courses related to the field of medicine. Admission to these courses is offered on the basis of an Applicant's merit in NEET UG instead of MHT-CET.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
Marathwada/Vidarbha:
General Category: 634
OBC: 622
SC: 579
SEBC: 613
ST: 492
EWS: 600
Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for 2020, you should aim for atleast 50-75 marks more than those mentioned here against your Category.
