Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management provides students with all of the resources they need. GNIHM Kolkata facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, a library, a cafeteria, an auditorium and many more. Boys Hostel
The College has separate hostels for boys located on college premises. All the residential facilities are equipped with resources for living in a clean urban environment. Full boarding is provided seven days a week-4meals a day.
Girls Hostel
The College has separate hostels for girls located on college premises. All the residential facilities are equipped with resources for living in a clean urban environment. Full boarding is provided seven days a week-4meals a day.
Library
The College has A good library set-up not only helps the students to accentuate their academic knowledge and skills but also exposes them to a world of information to draw upon and use in their practical field. With around 60 library sets and a collection of over 6000 books, students have ample opportunity to study. All books and articles recommended for courses can be either borrowed or used in the library.
I.T Infrastructure
The College has its own Computer Lab with 40 open-access computers. Students have full access to the software applications-the basics and subject-specific. A computer-based training, an information database, and a website. The students can access the internet during college hours. The students learn PMS (IDS) software for Front Office operation. In addition, students have to learn French as a language which is included in their curricula.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Auditorium
The College Campus has a multipurpose hall with 250 seating capacity,
Alumni Associations
The college has ga ood networking for the alumni association. Language & communication is a very important components of learning in the hospitality sector. The College is equipped with a state-of-the-art language lab. Students are trained with the help of appropriate software to cope with aptitude tests, group discussions, and personality development with a strong focus on phonetics, accent and listening, speaking, and presentation.

College Infrastructure

The college has a decent campus with modern classrooms, practical training labs (kitchen, front office, housekeeping), library, computer lab, cafeteria and sports grounds. Hostel and basic facilities are available, providing good hands-on learning for hotel management students.

College Infrastructure

The classroom is not proper but the equipment is sufficiently available for each and every student to use. AC in only available in selective rooms. Smartboards are there, the above mentioned equipment is well maintained but the overall infrastructure can be improved.
