36 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nautical Science is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Indian Maritime University, Chennai, and is approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping (Government of India)
It is a residential 3-year undergraduate program that prepares students for a career as a deck officer in the merchant navy or in the maritime industry. Graduates of the program are qualified to work as deck officers on ships of all sizes and types, including cargo vessels, tankers, passenger ships, and offshore vessels.

The college infrastructure is pretty good covering all the basics that a college should have, it is equipped with multi labs, ship structure for training and also supported with a swimming pool which helps in Enhancement of training.
