Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission for B.Arch the candidate must have cleared the 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics as a passing subject of examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate. (45% Minimum for Reserved Categories) or 10+3 Diploma or Equivalent with Mathematics as the subject of examination with a minimum of 50% Aggregate. (45% Minimum for Reserved Categories) And Should have Passed NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).
Admission Details
- The admission though qualifies an aptitude test in architecture i.e. “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
- The admissions to 1st year B.Arch. are done through the Central Admission Process (CAP) carried out by the State Government of Maharashtra through the Admission Regulating Authority, MS. As per the prevalent norms, 80% of the seats will be filled through CAP Process & balance of 20% of seats will be filled through Institutional Quota on a merit basis.

Though the college is new compared to the other Architectural colleges in the city but it is one of the best according to me. The infrastructure is such that you will fall in love with it. Yes it has adequate number of labs and classrooms.
