Academics
I am studying Visual Communication Design. This is one of the only colleges in Mumbai that would fit your budget for design course and as well give you a degree for the same. The quality of teaching is good. The faculties are free and approachable. We get assigments daily that help us get job ready as well.
College Infra
The campus is not that big but the infrastructure is really well planned and equipped. Everything necessary such as computer labs, proper WIFI is available and they are well maintained. The campus is clean and regularly sanitized.
Campus Life
The student Life is always happening at ITM IDM. You start with a full pack orientation which includes competitions and workshops. Later on we have functions like OORJA and Spark plug where we not only get to showcase our different talents but also the work that we have done the whole year. The college is in the prime location and one can easily travel there. The teachers and students are very supportive and motivating.
Placements
I really don't know much about placements but according to my seniors they are given full support along with extra lectures regarding building and communication skills, mock interviews etc. In the third year we get a chance to intern following a job after the third year.
Value For Money
So the total cost of my course for 4 years was 13 lakh and in a place like Mumbai it's definitely worth. Along with classes we also have master classes and workshops that add on to our knowledge and help us grow.
