Jawaharlal Nehru College, Boko offers its students excellent facilities to its students coming from different parts of the country. JN College Boko facilities are boys' hostels, girls' hostels, medical facilities, gym, library, sports, workshops, training and placement cell. The College has been providing the following facilities to facilitate sports activities among students, teachers, and other beneficiaries- A mini outdoor stadium, an Indoor Stadium with synthetic two badminton courts, along with facilities for Table Tennis, Gymnasium Hall, a Synthetic Volleyball Court, a Swimming Pool, and a playground.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has a computer laboratory in collaboration with NIELIT, Guwahati, under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India, to extend IT facilities for the college fraternity.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen within its campus for the refreshment of both the staff and the students of the college. Utmost care is taken to supply the eatables to the students and the staff at the cheapest possible rates. The students are asked to maintain the cleanliness of the canteen as far as possible.

The College has an auditorium cum community hall to carry out cultural events, meetings, and different college activities, which has a seating capacity of nearly 1,000 people.
