Jesus and Mary College (JMC) is a public women's college that was established in 1968 by the congregation of Jesus and Mary. Affiliated with the University of Delhi, JMC has received an ‘A’ grade accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and has been ranked 38th in the NIRF college rankings of 2023. With a sprawling campus covering an area of 16 acres, the college aims to empower women with compassion and competence. JMC offers  undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in various branches. Admissions for undergraduate and PG courses are granted on the basis of  the CUET entrance examination conducted by the NTA.  Financial assistance and scholarships are available for needy and academically or sports-inclined students. With an excellent placement record since its inception in 1998, JMC offers facilities such as wifi, library, amphitheatre, football team, hockey team, and much more to its students.

Jesus and Mary College (JMC) Admissions

All courses offered by Kalindi College are full-time programmes. Admission to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is based on the candidate's performance in the CUET(UG) or CUCET entrance exam. The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) is used for seat allotment in UG courses, whereas the merit list based on CUCET rank and reservation policy is used for PG courses. Before applying, students must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen course or programme.

The Jesus and Mary College (JMC) Delhi Fellowship comprises a scholarship amount, fee waiver, and mess subsidy. Additionally, students can apply for central government scholarships such as Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities and Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses through the national scholarship portal. Scholarships are also available to students from EWS, differently-abled, or displaced backgrounds, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
