The college infrastructure is peaceful and spacious. All buildings and rooms are well maintained. The fans, lights and ACs are also checked frequently. The garden is also huge. The food in the canteen is hygienic and affordable.
The teachers are graduates from either jmc or from A graded Institutions. The curriculum is also updated time to time. The college emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and leadership through a combination of rigorous coursework, research opportunities, and extracurricular activities. The placement cell provides us witha a lot of internship opportunities every week. If there are other internship opportunities, the faculty makes sure that a good amount of girls are placed. Jesus and Mary College offers strong placement opportunities through its active Placement Cell, connecting students with leading companies in finance, consulting, media, and more. It facilitates internships, training, and skill-building workshops, ensuring graduates are career-ready and competitive in diverse industries.
The fee of 1st and 2nd sem was around 22 to 24k, bit it increase to around 27k for 2nd year
The students are poured with many opportunities in different clubs and societies. The overall vibe is cool. The campus is highly interactive and understanding.
Quite neat and tidy campus. Aesthetically beautiful. A very well structured 2-tier library. But, wifi is a bit slow within the campus. One of the most well maintained & peaceful campuses of DU. It's also dog-friendly.
I am a B.Com student and the Commerce faculty is very helpful not just w.r.t. to the academics but otherwise also. Curriculum is updated and in my opinion, it especially helps people pursuing CA along with graduation because I have heard that syllabus is very similar.
As per my fellow mates, the internships offered in IAPC (in lieu of SEC) are not worth it because the companies don't value interns' ethics or work life balance. Rest everything is good. The average package offered in the final year placement is around: 8 LPA
The fee is around ₹22000/yr. The overall faculty, infrastructure, societies, etc. are the things that any college student would like to have in their life.
Best feature (my opinion): peaceful environment inside & outside the campus. Worst feature (my opinion): Wifi connectivity isn't good. The college can handle crisis scenarios quite well. It once evacuated the entire premises within 15 minutes due to a bomb threat.
The college is very safe in comparison to other colleges. One reason could be that the college lies in the Diplomatic area and there is always a police van standing outside our college. Moreover, the seniors are also very helpful and not at all authoritative.
Best college infrastructure in the whole Delhi university, the campus is so scenic and big, really big ground with various facilities, classrooms are so big and the desks and benches are also very well maintained, library is ac furnished and very big
Teachers and the staff are very very supportive, they provide u with time to time tests and review of your work, take quite many assignments and continuously monitor your performance, the college is quite strict for attendance though but overall very supportive regarding academics
The placement cell is very active, for BCom around 20-30 students were placed in companies like Accenture, Delloitte, genpact, bain etc. A lot of internship opportunities are too posted regularly on the groups. The average package is 6-7 lpa
The return on investment is very much, since the fees for an year is around 23000 which is very low as compared to any other private college as compared to the services and facilities andhe quality of education they provide
The crowd is very nice here, ample number of societies are present to suit the interest of every student, the peers and seniors are very supportive too, a lot of hangout spots are located nearby the college for students to have that real college life like feeling
the college infrastructure is one of the best in the whole du circuit, well furnished classrooms, air conditioned labs and library, washrooms are clean, canteen food is also very hygienic and sitting space is clean and well maintained, corridors are clean and grounds are well maintained too.
im studying bcom hons here and the teachers of the department are really friendly and helpful, the classes are done as per schedule, very less absenteeism on part of the teachers, frequent tests are taken and required help is provided during exams as well, very strict attendance policy help ensure discipline.
the placement cell is very active, a lot of internships and placement opportunities are rgularly posted, courses like bcom hons, maths hons , econ hons see a lot of placement opportunitie, average package offered is aroud 6 lpa while highest may go around 14-16lpa, the training and development cell has been really supportive towards providing the relevant training with respect of the placement drives.
the cost of course pe year was around 23000inr, and as compareed to other colleges in the du circuit it might be a little on the higher end but considering the facilities and quality of the education provided i feel its really worth it.
the college being situated in the south campus, give you the right college exposure, talking about jmc specificaaly its located in bapu dham, chanakyapuri, which is one of the most safe locations in delhi, apart from that there are various hangout spots for students like the satya niketan, diggin etc, so a very nice campus life
The college has well-equipped classrooms, a vast library, modern labs, and excellent sports facilities. Clean hostels, spacious auditoriums, and green spaces create a comfortable and productive learning environment.

The college offers quality education, experienced faculty, and good infrastructure at a reasonable cost. With strong academics, extracurricular opportunities, and placements, it provides great value for money.
The campus life is vibrant and engaging, with a perfect mix of academics and extracurricular activities. Festivals, clubs, and events create a lively atmosphere, fostering friendships, creativity, and personal growth.
One of the best infrastructure in delhi university. Library is huge and has a collection of multiple books, computer labs, psychology labs , thevenet hall and 2 other halls. The compound is huge and even has an open space. The canteen has various food options with hygiene been taken care of. And the overall surroundings are always clean and taken care of.
I am studying psychology and hrm. The professors are very professional with excellent teaching skills. The professors are experts in their field and teaching quality is 10/10. The curriculums are updated and makes us job ready.
Overall placement in delhi university of high and depends on the course. Commerce and business related have the highest placement. Internship options are abundant and many students secure pre placement offers.
Delhi university fees varies for each course but it is known for its cost friendly fee for each year though you need to pay an exam fee for each semester it is overall not expensive at all and even the quality of education is high.
My college campus is peaceful with less to no stress. My social life is okay with supportive seniors and batchmates since it is an all girls college there is no unnecessary drama and very comfortable. Chanakyapuri is very clean and no noise pollution since there are embassies.
Yes, my college have a great infrastructure and provides excellent facilitaties, with all the necessary equipment that are required. They campus have sports ground, computer laboratory, library with wifi, everything is well maintained and works without any problem.
I'm doing BA (P) in psych and hrm, I took up this subject cause I'm interested in Industrial Psychology and this will help me form the base foe it. The syllabus consists of all the new added topics and is revised with every update.
The quality of placement is amazing, we even have a cell that especially focus on providing with information on internship and jobs. If you are confident enough in yourself u can bag in quiet a few placements and they are amazing.
For me, it is all worth it with the support the college provides and the environment and help us to grow and nourish our skills. The money is definitely not going to waste, cause it's not just classroom learning but also real word study.
The prettiest campus I must say, everything is just so perfect about JMC. I find no flaw in it, the flowers, trees perfect balance of everything! It's is perfect! The campus itself is so peaceful which even makes coming to college so worth it.
N/A
The campus is very good when it comes to accesibility, with ramps everywhere and multiple lifts around the campus. The buildings are well-made, and maintained. The library is stocked pretty well, with a digital database. There is a gym which is very well-equiped and the trainer is also very competent. The grounds are very huge and there are multiple activities.
The teachers in most departments are very nice. They are well qualified and teach well. They make use of multi media and equip students for exams quite nicely. They are approchable and helpful and clear your doubts well.
Since im in the first year, i dont have personal experience regarding the placements or the level of packages the college has to offer but since it is a reputed college and one of the best of south campus, the placements are also proportionate.
I love going to college. The campus is super pretty, all the staff and faculty is super nice and helpful. The library is also very nice and big and comfortable, as it is ACd. The Thevenet Hall, The Chapel and Purple Wall Area are some mini attractions as well.
The campus is always bustling with students from othee colleges as well as the various departments hold fests and organize events very often. The canteen offers a very wide range of options and they are all very nice. The grounds are a great place to relax in the winters, with the flowers all bloomed and the gardens all pretty. There is a mother dairy in the campus to battle the heat, amd there are two common rooms which allow for a great place to chill between classes; one of which houses an in-campus bhelpuri and chaat stall.
Yes, the college has good infrastructure and facilities. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors. The library has a wide range of books and study materials with a comfortable reading space. The sports facilities include a basketball court and a field for outdoor activities. Though jmc doesn’t have hostels, it’s well connected to nearby PGs (like satya niketan). The campus is clean and well maintained, providing a pleasant environment for us
I am pursuing a BA Program in Psychology (major) and HRM (minor). I chose this course as I am passionate about understanding human behavior and exploring career opportunities in both psychology and human resource management. The quality of teaching at jmc is good with knowledgeable and supportive faculty members who use interactive teaching methods. The curriculum covers essential concepts but it could include more recent developments and practical applications. While it builds a strong theoretical foundation, gaining practical experience through internships and workshops would make us more job-ready.
The quality of placements at jmc is decent, with good opportunities for students from various courses. The placement cell is supportive and guides students throughout the process. I guess the highest packages are usually offered to students from commerce backgrounds
The course fee at jmc is quite affordable compared to other private colleges, making it a good value for money. The quality education and campus experience make it worth the investment
Campus life at jmc is vibrant and engaging. There are many societies and events to participate in, keeping the atmosphere lively. The campus is safe and well maintained, with friendly and supportive staff. Students are active and enthusiastic, making it a great environment to learn and grow
The college infrastructure is very great. It includes facilities like library, canteen, gym, common rooms and wifi is also available. The campus is well maintained and provides an environment where students can study.
My course is Ba program (psychology+philosophy). The reason I am studying this is due to interest and wanting to build a career in psychology. The quality of teaching is effective as the teachers use ppt's for better understanding. I think that my curriculum is updated including all the recent developments in this field.
The quality of placement cell in our college is good. There are top companies that visits our college like Wipro, EY, Deloitte, etc. There are paid and unpaid internships. The salary varies according to the job.
The fees per year differs from course to course. As for my course, I paid 22,000 as the 1st year fees. I do feel like the money I paid is worth it as there are various programs, events, etc relating to my course which helps me gain more knowledge apart from lectures.
The campus is beautiful with pretty flowers in the garden including benches. The buildings are huge and it has all available providing such as a coach, a gym trainer, plenty of books in the library, etc. The campus is very safe for girls and no strict restrictions.
