Jijamata College of Science and Arts, Bhende Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boy's hostel, housed in a spacious building. It accommodates 80 boys. Important facilities available in the boy's hostels are hot water, filtered drinking water, a canteen, indoor games, TV, newspapers, an Earn and Learn scheme, etc.

The College girl's hostel comprises 2 spacious buildings and accommodates 100 girl students. All rooms are well furnished. Important facilities available in these hostels are Hot water through the Solar system, filtered water for drinking, canteen, T.V., reading room, common room with T.V, Newspapers and indoor games, S.T.D. booth, first aid, electric power generator, Earn and Learn scheme, etc. A separate gymnasium for girls will be ready soon.

The College has a Medical facility as per the University, First-year graduate students and all hostellers will have to compulsorily undergo a medical checkup.

The College has a separate gymnasium for boys, well equipped with physical conditioning equipment 

The College Central Spacious library houses 22,385 books and references, College subscribes to a large number of periodicals, magazines, and journals. It has a photocopying facility which is open to staff and students for use. The library has a reading hall, which can accommodate about 100 students at a time. The students can sit there and refer to books, journals, newspapers, etc. Since the college library is the main center for students to carry out their scholastic activities, care is taken to keep it open for a maximum number of days and hours. Students should bring with them their Identity Cards while entering the Reading Hall, failing which they will not be allowed entry into the hall.

The College provides a sports facility for the students.

The college has a separate building for a canteen. It caters to the needs of students and staff of the college as well as residents of the Boys and Girls hostel.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The College laboratories are modern and well equipped and adequate facilities are provided for the study of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Computer Science. They are under the expert supervision of well-qualified members of the staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
