B.Ed at Kalna College, Burdwan Offline Course

1. Candidates should be graduates (10+2+3) in a school subject from a recognized University. 

2. Candidates should have at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree/or in the Master’s Degree in the school subject. Master’s Degree courses of two years duration will be considered for scoring. Bachelor's and Master’s degrees should be in the same subject for which the candidate is applying; otherwise, grade point for the Master’s degree in that subject will not be considered. 

3. Candidates (both Fresh and Deputed) must have at least 50% marks in either their Bachelor’s Degree (50% marks in the Bachelor’s Degree means 50% in aggregate, i.e., 50% of the total marks in both Honours and Elective subjects) and/or in their Master’s Degree in a school subject. A relaxation of 5% marks will be provided for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWD (Persons with Disabilities) categories.
