I studied at Kalna college for its good academic support, affordable education and supportive teachers, The curriculum is updated and helps build knowledge and skills for jobs and higher studies in near future.
College Infra
Kalna College has decent infrastructure , witch classrooms, labs, library, sports facilities, and hostel accommodations. The facilities are generally well maintained and used by students. The campus and hostel are mostly clean and food served is cheap in cost.
Placements
The placement Quality at Kalna college is average witch very limited company visiting the campus. The average salary package is moderate, and the college provides basic support during the placement process.

Academics
Teachers are generally helpful, experienced, and supportive. Most departments provide good guidance, and classes are conducted regularly. The academic environment is suitable for us who are serious about studies and government exam preparapreparation.
College Infra
It is the oldest college under the University of Burdwan and offers both UG and PG courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce. The atmosphere is decent and peaceful, and it is good for students who want a simple academic environment.
Placements
Placements are average to low compared to private colleges. Most students pursue higher studies, teaching, or placement support, but there is no strong corporate placement. It is a government college, so there is no such placements.

Academics
College academics are solid! Knowledgeable profs, balanced curriculum, and practical focus. Library resources and online access are great.
Assignments test your skills. Good overall vibe for learning..
College Infra
The college infrastructure is decent, but there's room for improvement. Classrooms are functional, but often feel cramped. Labs are equipped with necessary tools, though tech upgrades could help. Hostels are okay, food could be better. Overall, it's average - meets basic needs but lacks wow factor.
Campus Life
The campus life was vibrant, with various events and activities. It helps students develop friendships and skills. The teachers were approachable and supportive. The atmosphere is also supportive and conducive to growth.
Placements
College placement is average. Some big companies visit, but opportunities are limited. Process is okay, could be more streamlined. Not many students get dream packages. Overall, decent support, but scope for improvement.
Value For Money
The fees are super reasonable considering the quality of education and facilities. Profs are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your growth. Classrooms and labs are well-equipped, and the campus vibe is amazing. Extracurricular activities and events add to the experience. Definitely getting my money's worth – if you're looking for quality education without breaking the bank, this is it.
