72 MonthsPh.D. program in Physical Education shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned and offered by the Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification for Admission M.P.Ed. / M.P.E.S. / M.P.E
- The candidates who secure 50% of the total marks altogether in the entrance test, Interview and PG Degree are eligible for Ph.D. admission.
Admission Details
The candidates qualified in NET/SLET/SET and other National Level Eligibility Tests are exempted from the entrance test, and they have to appear for the interview only. Such candidates who secure less than 50% of marks in the interview are not eligible for Ph.D. admission.
