The College has a 23-acre sports ground that includes facilities for sports such as cricket, football, basketball, hockey, badminton, tennis, kabaddi, etc. The college also has an indoor hall for combat sports like wushu, karate, boxing etc. Students who are interested in chess can enroll in Dr. N. Mahalingam Chess Academy present on the campus.

The College has individual gyms for boys and girls students. Both gyms have trainers who guide students and help them in achieving their fitness goals.

The College has a fully air-conditioned auditorium that has a seating capacity of 1800 people. The college also has four seminar halls - Dr. Vikram Sarabai, Sir. C.V. Raman, Sir. Visvesvaraya and Swami Vivekananda, each with a 250 seating capacity.

The college has a branch of Karur Vysya Bank present within the college premises. Students and faculty members can make use of facilities offered by the bank.

The College also has a gigantic food court that can serve around 1000 people is present at the campus. Furthermore, the institute also has an East KORE cafeteria that has a seating capacity of 450 people. Namma Cafe, K’s Cafe and Munch Box are coffee shops available on campus. The food is prepared hygienically in all the food courts of the institute.

The college library has a large number of books, journals, publications, etc. Digital resources are also there in the library. Furthermore, students can also access the Mahatma Gandhi Study Centre and the Vivekananda Study Centre situated in the campus.

The College has a Jyothi Nilayam Guest House. It is spread over an area of 24,000 square feet. The guest house has 14 guest rooms, conference rooms, a guest lounge, and a dining hall.

The College has Aruljothi Medical Center is present within the college premises. It has eight beds, two doctors and two nurses for assistance.

The college offers to-and-fro transportation services from campus to various parts of the city. To help students in transportation, Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science has buses and vans.
