Markaz College of Arts and Science, Karanthur, providing several undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Based in Kozhikode, Kerala, the Markaz College of Arts and Science admission process is made as easy and accessible as possible for prospective students.  Eligibility criteria vary according to the programme for admission. For undergraduate programmes, students who are 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible to apply. For postgraduate programmes, the student must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university. The Markaz College of Arts and Science has seven courses in total, of which five are undergraduate and two are postgraduate programmes. All courses are full-time and regular.

Markaz College of Arts and Science UG Programmes Admission Process

• B.Com Computer Application Hons: The approved intake for this programme is 60 students. Merit is the basis of admission, depending upon the qualifying examination of the candidate, wherein higher weights are assigned to subjects in Commerce and Mathematics.
• BBA Hons: This programme has approximately 50 seats with candid admission based on academic history in the 10+2 examination criteria, with higher preference for candidates switching from Commerce or Science.
• B.Sc Chemistry Hons: The intake for students to this programme is 48. Among the requirements for admission is that candidates must have taken Chemistry during their 10+2 studies. Selection is based on the qualification exam score but mainly regarding Science subjects.
• BA English Language and Literature Hons in Arts: This programme has a total of 40 seats, and Markaz College of Arts and Science admission will, therefore, be granted based on performance in the 10+2 examinations while on the subject in English.
• B.Sc Psychology Hons: The introductory units admit 36 students into this programme. Students must have studied Psychology and/or similar disciplines in their 10+2. Academic merit decides selection.

Markaz College of Arts and Science PG Programmes Admission Process

• M.Com Finance: This is a postgraduate course with a capacity of 15 students. Admission will be given to a candidate who has completed their B.Com or equivalent degree, with the possibility that their previous academic progress will be considered.
• M.Sc Psychology: With only 10 seats available, this programme will require students to hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field. The admission consideration will likely include the candidate's undergraduate academic records. It may also require entrance or interview processes.
