If you belong to Andhra Pradesh then you must be having Domicile of Andhra Pradesh. Since you have applied for neet counselling 2020 in Telangana, if you get any college there , you will get through All India quota seat, if you have good marks in NEET and

You can get admissions in certain deemed colleges by providing your NEET scores. When it is a deemed university the minimum cutoff will be less. Most of the deemed university will just ask for a pass mark in NEET. But comparatively fees will be high. Check for the eligibility
