24 MonthsMaster of Science (M.Sc) in Medical-Surgical Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur.
The Candidates who have passed the regular B. Sc. Nursing course with a minimum 55% aggregate from any University in Kerala or any other University recognized as equivalent to it by Kerala University of Health Sciences.
B.Sc. Nursing candidates should have one year of experience e/internship after Registration with the Nursing Council.
Post Basic BSc. A nursing qualified shall have one year of experience before Post Basic BSc Nursing and registration in the respective State Nursing Council.
The Candidates should have a valid registration from the Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council (KNMC). Those candidates who have registered with other State Councils should produce their KNMC registration at the time of admission.
Eligibility Certificates: Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a University outside Kerala State shall produce the certificate of recognition and equivalency of the qualifying examination from KUHS Thrissur. This should be furnished at the time of the interview for admission.
