The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a 2-year, Full Time course that is Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The Programme provides in-depth understanding of key functional areas of Business and nurtures overall personality and Managerial excellence. Operating on fundamentals that built the Best business schools in India, the program focuses on integrated development of the individual and collective spirit, to enable the students to effectively adapting to the realities of the corporate world and proactively responding to the challenges arising in the globally changing environment. This course at NDIM was also granted MBA equivalence from AICTE in 2008 and Accreditation by ASIC, UK since 2014.

The PGDM Course students at NDIM have the unique advantage of Graduating with a Dual Specialization, which multiples their career opportunities manifold. The two-year course comprises of four semesters. The first semester focuses purely on building a solid foundation in all areas of business management. The second semester has a mix of core (fundamental) papers as well as an introduction into the chosen specialization areas. The last two semesters completely focus on Specialization and Integration with global developments in different areas of management. In between the semester breaks, the students also pursue a summer internship, winter internship as well as live projects with the Industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates in any stream from a University Approved/ Recognised by the UGC/ AIU are eligible to apply
Students appearing in the final year graduation exam by or before June 2021 or awaiting final year exam results can apply for the 2021-23 batch
Minimum 50% marks in Graduation are necessary for General category students, but for reserved category candidates minimum 45% marks in Graduation are necessary
Scores in the following exams are considered for short listing: CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT or State Common entrance examinations

Admission Details

Applicants are invited to appear in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview process conducted by NDIM.
Final selection is based on overall performance.
Graduation, 12th Class & 10th Class exams.
CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT or State Common entrance examinations.

College Infrastructure

When you first step onto the NDIM campus in Tughlakabad, South Delhi, the immediate realization is that this is a corporate-style vertical campus rather than a sprawling, multi-acre traditional university landscape. If your dream of an MBA involves massive green lawns, open-air amphitheaters, or sprawling sports fields, NDIM’s physical layout will require a mindset shift. The infrastructure is built directly into a high-density institutional area, functioning essentially out of multi-story corporate blocks.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastrucutre is outstanding , all the classrooms are fully AC and the washrooms are always clean , the college canteen has everything and the hostel facility is also available for both boys and girls apart from this all the classrooms have smart board and there is also lift facility available . In the basement area some gym equipment and indoor sports are available ( like table tennis , pool , carrom , chess etc..) but if you are looking for a huge sports ground then it is not available but yes college do organise outdoor sports event at sports complex .

The college offers excellent academic programs and Experienced faculty members who are always ready to guide students The campus is clean , well maintained and has a positive learning environment College experience is good overall.
