About NSHM Kolkata

NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata (NSHM Kolkata) was established in 2005. NSHM Kolkata is affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). It is a private institution located in West Bengal. NSHM Kolkata has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and AICTE. The total number of students enrolled in the college is more than 650 and the strength of the faculty is more than 50. NSHM Knowledge Campus Kolkata offers a diverse range of courses for admissions. NSHM Kolkata Clubs, Committees and Societies

NSHM Knowledge Campus Kolkata has many clubs and societies for the students. NSHM Kolkata clubs help the students in exploring and showcasing their unique talents and skills. Ad Adda - This club is handled by marketing communication students. The club organises competitions, events and functions in the college.
Orator - It is the debate club of NSHM Kolkata. The focus is on improving oratory skills as well as logical reasoning ability.

NSHM Knowledge Campus Kolkata facilities include library, sports facilities, canteen, laboratories and many more. The central library of NSHM Kolkata has more than 21000 volumes and 600 titles. The college also provides e-journal facilities to the students. NSHM Kolkata facilities include numerous laboratories which are equipped with the latest equipment. NSHM Knowledge Campus medical facilities include round the clock medical support and the college also has tie-ups with nearby hospitals in case of any emergencies.

NSHM Kolkata facilities include classrooms that are equipped with the latest audiovisual technology. College Infrastructure

In my college all necessary things are available . Some time Projector device are disturbing but it's not matter very much . Laboratory rooms ans all necessary equipments are available. A big thing is our college have not any sports ground or sports center , I think it is problem . And overall everything else is good and well- maintained. And all rooms are clean environment.

College Infrastructure

We are provided with a capacious class room, which is well furnished. We are taught with the aid of Smart Boards and laptops. We have access to a library which contains a large number of books which are very helpful. All the rooms are air conditioned and a large canteen is available.There are also medical facilities in the college. In hostel freshers party is arranged.Hostel facility is also available here, and it is quite good. It is nearby the campus.

Nshm kolkata or nshm durgapur is better for pharmacy

Hello,

B pharma is excellent, especially in NSHM Kolkata which is better than NSHM Durgapur

The only branch of this college with the best faculty.Also average is placement.

You must outperform the remaining 75% of candidates because they have agreements with only a few select businesses.

They selected the top candidates.If you are one of the 75% of pupils, it will be really difficult for you.

They take an entrance exam to get in. Otherwise, a small non-refundable admission fee must be paid at the back office.

My WBJEE PMR rank is 16868 and OBC B rank is 1519. Can I get admission in B pharm in NSHM, kolkata??

First of all, WBJEE admission is totally based on GMR/PMR only and not on Category ranks . category ranks are just for storing information of candidates .

Well, as per last year WBJEE cut off details after 3rd round of counselling , you have less chances to get B.Pharm in NSHM college campus , Kolkata

Last year cut off in this college was - 11096

But , this cut off can change every year for some unavoidable reasons like:

Seat Matrix
Difficulty level of exam
No of students appeared etc.

Its clearly mentioned that only PCM Students can pursue the B.Pharma Course in NHSM Kolkata, so if you are a student of PCB, then you are not eligible for this course.

The eligibility criteria for B.Pharma in NHSM Kolkata is as follows :

Passed 10+2 level examination from a recognized board with English and PCM.

Minimum marks 45% (5% relaxation for students from reserved categories).

Qualified JEE conducted by CBSE or WBJEE.

Lateral Entry - Diploma holders who have qualified West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (WBJELET).
