The college has modern infrastructure, including well-equipped classrooms, computer laboratories, libraries, Wi-Fi-enabled campuses, seminar halls, and sports facilities that create a comfortable learning environment. Students also benefit from workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions that enhance their professional skills.
NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata, offers a balanced academic environment with industry-oriented programs that help students build practical knowledge alongside theoretical concepts. The curriculum is regularly updated, and faculty members are supportive and encourage active participation in classroom activities
The placement cell works to connect students with companies through internships, training sessions, aptitude preparation, and campus recruitment drives. Many students receive opportunities in sectors such as finance, IT, marketing, hospitality, and management, although placement outcomes vary depending on the course, individual skills, and market conditions.
Overall, NSHM Knowledge Campus provides a good learning experience by combining quality academics, engaging campus life, decent infrastructure, and career support. Students who actively participate in academics, skill development, and extracurricular activities can make the most of the opportunities available at the college.
i enjoy my campus life but now i am worried about placement jobs internships The campus life is vibrant, with various cultural events, technical fests, sports competitions, seminars, and student clubs that provide opportunities for personality development and networking.
according to me my college is overall good
The infrastructure is good and nice environment across the campus. WE HAVE ALL NEW made canteen area and a playing area for sports. Parking available both open and underground. The infrastructure is very good and neatly maintained
I am persuing BBA ATA in accountancy taxation and Auditing because I have interest in tax and audit and accounts fields. It's a good course for those who have interest in accounts and finance. They can choose the course
Don't know about the placement. It's average as per I know. It's depends upon the course or the placement coordinator. Overall it goods the average package 4-5 lakhs depends upon the academic and the company.
Per year it's 85000
Campus life is good and friendly
The college Buildings are under-construction, Hostel is not available in College ,Wifi is available in many area of campus, Decent level of library (under-construction ) Many Classrooms have been constructed with high tech technologies and Centralized AC
Teachers are knowledgeable, highly qualified the syllabus are regularly updated Industry visit is included in many courses which give the experience of real world Guest lecturers and work shops are also organised.
It is not 100 percent reuse but yah companies do come in the campus for the recruitment Placements in Business school is decent. The college also have placement cell in which they train and mentor students alse help to get jobs They help to make resume
Overall decent campus with good cultural fest ,fees are considered high by many students , placements are not guaranteed but they claim it is 100 percent true, many events are organized. The cafeteria is renovated nicely with good infrastructure.
Campus life is totally depends upon the friends you make .But apart that overall good campus life as their is a big Annual fest which is Login and then thier is sports meet like UDAY and clutural fest like Angan
The college does have necessary infrastructures, but in our room they had ac built but it still isn't working even after 1 year of complaining. They have good equipments with projectors. Place is clean.
I'm studying bsc psychology. Wants to involve myself in the social work. The quality of teaching is good. I think the curriculum is updated, they use good knowledgeable notes to make us understand. Good
Since one year is left so can't give detailed reviews in this sector, but from what I've heard the placements and the network building is good. The students who got placements are still working there.
No
My college infrastructure is really good. Its library and corridors all are just fabulous and it attracts students to join the campus. It has a huge canteen with all the facilities. There is also a plenty of different items in my college and even the washroom are hygienic to use.
Im studying BCA because i want to be an assistant of Google and i want to be a great Ai developer of tools. Yes the curriculum is updated and even though it includes all the recent developments in the field.
Placement are given by students interest and knowledge. They are choosen by their skills and their character like Personality is required to be hired. It literally gives a great platforms for students to work.
That's it i wanna say. My college is really good.
There is no proper playing ground, the campus is very small with only two buildings. The pharmacy labs are well maintained. Most of the equipments are present but they are taken out only during audits and inspection. The computer lab is good.
Many good professors left the campus, however few good professors are there. Only 3 electives are there. Often there is mass bunk and academics are suffered since teachers are reluctant to teach the few students who come despite mass bunk.
There was very little placement support during our year. Only a handful got placed. There is no student driven placement cell. Two faculties conduct placement process who are not even willing to fund the refreshments of the recruiters.
Previously it was value for money but the director was very greedy and kept on increasing the cost of each degree programs in the college. Not it does not justify the return on investment as there is no job security.
There is no campus life as such sinche the hostels are not inside the campus. Besides the hostels are so poorly maintained that no one likes to stay in those hostels. People live in pgs near the college so most of the student life is spent in those pgs rather than the campus.
NSHM has a good building for classrooms, big playground for sports and a big library with a huge collections of all types of books giving you knowledge it offers more than 30 Undergraduate and PG Courses.
Teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are made interactive sessions, where one enjoys learning. Exams are conducted semester wise. Teachers also give home assignments. Reading material is provided for exams.
Placements cell assists you get placed only if you follows their certain criteria. Internships are also provided by the placements cell which are a part of course curriculum for BBA. Average salary package ranges from 4-5 LPA
Quite a good college with well maintained canteen facility and WiFi enabled labs. Two libraries - one for technology departments and one for pharmacy departments. Ragging and smoking free campus and 24*7 admin support. Classrooms are clean with AC and projector enabled and also parking facility is there. The college has various clubs for sports, cultural events, technological events etc.
Being a M.Sc data science student I can assure that faculties are really good and will help students with all types of educational help they need. Daily at least 5 hours of classes are available with proper notes and hands-on lab experience. Course curriculum is good but it can be better with the inclusion of some topics such as linear algebra and calculus.
As a college of the data science field in West Bengal the placement is quite good. I can assure that the college is supportive in case of placement procedure as there are special classes for interview preparations in the curriculum.Being a first year student I don`t have any experience of the placement but as heard the average salary is 4-5 lpa and the highest salary was 10 lpa. And as for the percentage of students placed the number is 80-85.
Yes, the college is really worth to get admitted. It is hard to find any private college which is offering this course in 3 lakhs for 2 years with this kind of infrastructure and course curriculum in any state of India. Also students will get the benefit to be the part of ASI (Analytical Society of India) which is led by IIM Bangalore.
Campus is really good with good student-teacher relationship and 24*7 CCTV surveillance. The best feature is the campus is smoking and alcohol free. The college has special medical room for any kind of first-aid and for emergency condition the hospital is just 10 minutes away. The non-teaching staff are also good in behavior. The students can be part of different events held by the college every year. But the location is quite awkward as the nearby metro and railway station is almost 2 k.m away.
The infrastructure of the college is very well maintained but the college lacks facilities as it does not have sports centres and the hostel is far away from the college. The food of the college is very hygienic.
The faculty here is very good and helpful. They help students in various activities. The faculty is very friendly and they not only help the students academically but also personally. Overall they provide quality of teaching.
The placement cell is not bad but they only provide sales jobs to the students. They keep on pressurizing the students for the placements and they don't give too many chances to the students for an interview.
Infrastructure is quite good. Professors have got industrial experience with their name. Academic is also okayish. Placement department needs to work a little bit harder to get the students placed. Average experience

Hii,
With reasonable tuition and reputable employers, Narula Institute of Technology is a good choice for BBA students. Although it costs more, NSHM Kolkata offers more specialized courses and opportunities to learn from foreign partners. Although Brainware University offers state-of-the-art facilities and excellent job placements, tuition is a little more
Hello,
B pharma is excellent, especially in NSHM Kolkata which is better than NSHM Durgapur
The only branch of this college with the best faculty. Also average is placement.
You must outperform the remaining 75% of candidates because they have agreements with only a few select businesses.
They selected the top
Dear Samya ,
First of all, WBJEE admission is totally based on GMR/PMR only and not on Category ranks . category ranks are just for storing information of candidates .
Well, as per last year WBJEE cut off details after 3rd round of counselling , you have less chances to
