PCM SD College Placement Cell Objectives:

The main objective of the Placement Cell is to give career guidance with respect to the job.
The other main objective of the Placement Cell is to look for 100% employment of all the students therefore, it follows a policy of ‘One Person One job’. A candidate selected for one job is further restricted to other recruitment.
To facilitate job opportunities and communicate them to the students seeking employment.
To maintain a computerised data base of students and employers as a ready reckon for both its job seekers and its job provider.
To provide socially inclusive opportunities to academically weak students to improve their academic performance.
To undertake personal enrichment activities to improve the personality, communication skills and professional competency of our students.
To build and maintain good relations with the industry thereby bridging the gap between industry and our institution.
Organize lectures/workshops for various areas like personality development, career opportunities, resume writing, etc.
To facilitate project work, and internships in the industry as when required by either industry or students.
To motivate students to develop Technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of career planning, and goal setting.
To motivate students to aspire for higher studies and guide them to take competitive exams such as Bank PO, SSC, IES, UPSC and many more.
