you havent mentioned any course you want to pursue,
But for any 10+2 degree you can apply for admission even after a few years but a gap certificate stating the purpose of gap in your study should be submitted.
Other than that there should not be any problem.

- Students seeking admission in the H.S class must have passed class 10th exam from any recognized board
