Arts, Science and College of Commerce, Kolhar accords courses in many disciplines under the aegis of the Pravara Rural Education Society. The merit is based upon which the admissions are strictly offered in all undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the college.
In general, the admission procedure generally runs along with that of the academic calendar of its parent, Ahmednagar University; thus, it is highly recommended that prospective students keep an eye on the official website of the college for notifications regarding application deadlines and admission dates. The college is currently operating 5 programs: 3 undergraduate programs and 2 postgraduate programs.
Undergraduate admission means completion of high school or 10 + 2 from a recognized board on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. For postgraduate admission, the candidate shall have to be any Bachelor's degree from a recognized University. There might be some specific requirements for some of the courses.
Application Process
1. Students need to check for admission notifications and application forms online through the official college website.
2. Get the application form and fill it in completely according to the information required, ensuring that all entries are correct.
3. Gather all the required documents including:
Transfer certificate from the previous institute
Character certificate
Attested copies of mark sheets for 10th and 12th
Recent passport size photographs
Caste certificate where applicable
Any other requirements required by the institution
4. Once the above criteria are met, submit the duly filled application form along with the attachment within the dates stated by the college.
5. Details regarding mode and payment of application fee will be mentioned in the admission notification, so it is advisable for students to check the same.
6. Once the applications have been submitted, the student may monitor application status through the official website or directly contact the admission office.
7. In case they have been shortlisted, the student may have to go for counseling or an interview according to the course and availability of seats.

Degree-wise Admission Process
B.A.: The Bachelor of Arts program has 120 seats. Admission depends on pure merit determined by marks received in the 10+2 examination, which is simple. A candidate must apply, attaching all relevant documents.
B.Com: This program has a 120-student intake for the Bachelor of Commerce. Similar to the B.A., admission is also on the basis of merit based on the 10 + 2 examination. Prospective students are strongly advised to look into eligibility criteria provided by the college and proceed to submit their application forms before the deadlines.
B.Sc: This confers 120 seats to Bachelor of Science and is considered on merit; this is open to candidates that have completed 10+2 with science subjects. The admission is directed mainly on the high marks scored by the applicants in the qualifying examination concerning the subject.
M.Com Business Administration: About 60 students would be selected for this type of PG study. However, it can be Canadian sufficient to presume that B.Com or any equivalent degree will be required for applying to the master's program. A major focusing point in the selection could be the evaluation of the candidate's undergraduate cumulative score.
M.Sc Analytical Chemistry: For this specially designed post-graduate study, the college has 24 available seats for admission. The ordinary minimum requirement would be a B.Sc degree in Chemistry or any cognate discipline.
