Hello Omprakash,
I'm from NIT Rourkela. It is a pretty renowned institute that allows student to join through JEE mains exam. I'd like to make it clear that, the cutoff varies for different branches. Considering an other state candidate ; for freshers the cutoff was around 5800 rank for the department of CSE. While for Home state students it was around 11,000 rank. In all other branches the same trend follows.
