24 MonthsMaster of Computer Application (MCA) is a two years full-time course postgraduate offered by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
MCA program of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Hill Campus, Kalamassery. The MCA Program of the College is a three-year master’s degree program in computer applications extended over 6 semesters. The course is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The course was introduced by the college in 2001 to meet the growing demand for well qualified and trained computer programmers. The school endeavors to bring out world-class professionals in the development and use of software for different applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ BCA etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level
- Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
- (For students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University)
Admission Details
The *Selection Process is based on the score obtained in the LBS Entrance Examination for the respective academic year, and the degree marks of the candidate.
