I got 156 marks in NEET 2019 and I am from Inc category.Can I get admission to BAMS?

Getting BAMS at 156 might not be possible because even for ST students the cut off goes around 250+ for government ayurvedic medicine admission. You can opt for private colleges where you might get a seat but there is no guarantee because your marks are very low.
