yes, all the required equipment for experiments is there in our college laboratory, there is a small smartboard in my class, library have all the required books, there is small sport centre but there is no hostel at this moment but in the process of construction. there is no canteen.

Quality of teaching is good, there is no professor for HAP subject right now, some professors are highly educated while some are decent. yes, curriculum is updated and yes, it can make us job ready but not for some good and premium company.

The syllabus is updated to some extent, and they do try to include modern tech stuff in AI/ML, data science, and full stack. Teachers are qualified, but honestly, some are just average in teaching. The internal assessments and assignments make you stay consistent, but it can get hectic. A lot depends on self-learning – if you depend only on classes, you’ll fall behind.

Placements are decent but not mind-blowing. Students from CSE, AI/ML, and allied branches get better chances than other departments. Most companies coming are service-based (Infosys, Wipro, TCS), and only a handful offer high packages. Product-based or international offers are very rare. You’ll definitely need to do projects, practice DSA, and maybe use LinkedIn to find better opportunities.

The classrooms are decent enough, with wooden benches, projector and AC's. Wi-Fi works in some classes and doesn't in others. The library is too good. It has all the books that you will ever need. It even has good Wi-Fi. You can be in the library for a whole day without feeling bored. The mess has okayish food—not that great. The canteen has better food than the mess. There's a cricket ground, a football ground and a basketball court as well, which is really good.

The teachers at VJTI are helpful and qualified, and most have long teaching experience. However, some contractual faculty are not as good as the full-time faculty. The old syllabus was outdated, but the new course work is more relevant and focuses on practical knowledge. The exams are hard for a very small percentage of students, but if a student fails a course, they can retake the exam once a year.

Although the architecture is of millennial style but has all the facilities available that are necessary to ensure that students are at comfort while they come to gain knowledge. For example: well lit and ventilated classrooms, seminar halls and labs with functional computer systems. Hostelers are provided with facilities like toiletries, stationery and sanitary items inside the campus so they don't have to struggle for it.

One thing I can be sure about is my institute's academic facilities. Faculty members are supportive in all the possible ways they can be. They teach not only to complete the syllabus but also to imbibe knowledge in the minds of their students. Some value added courses are also included in the curriculum so as to teach young minds moral values and way of living ethically. For example subjects like environmental studies, indian knowledge system and bhagvat gita. Also the curriculum is updated regularly as per the university norms so that students do not consume any outdated information. They also focus on practical implementation of the subjects so that students can apply that knowledge in the real life and thrive.
