Infrastructure is maintained well, particularly libraries and computer labs. They are clean, well-ventilated, and regularly stocked. Medical facilities are good and easily available.The canteen food was really tasty and healthy.

Quality of teaching is decent; some teachers are good but others simply read from slides. Mid-sem exams are totally based on attendance (75%) but finals are extremely easy to pass even if you study one or two days prior to the final exam.
Placements
Average B.Com placements are available here. Companies prefer good students of engineering and MBA. Very few good companies visit for B.com specific jobs. The recruitment opportunities that arrive are mostly for sales, customer care, or tele-calling profiles with package offers of ₹3 LPA to ₹4 LPA.

Placements are decent and improving year by year. Many mid sized companies, especially in consulting, finance, HR and marketing recruit from here. some students also get placed in startups: which offer learnings - rich roles, the average package is around 6-7 lpa and the placement cell is supportive with resume building mock interviews and networking events.

Campus life at XIME Chennai is active and professional. Since the student crowd is relatively smaller, it's easier to bond and collaborated. there are clubs for finance, marketing, HR, entrepreneurship and more.

Basically college is situated at NH 58 and its campus is well connected with city. Also, it has proper buildings for each department. A working library with wifi and large book collection is also available.

I did mechanical engineering from here and all faculties are well educated. Even faculties teaching methods are great and had been evaluated by our college director frequently. I heard they started providing engineering in AI as well.

Placement were decent at our time and companies like TCS, wipro and UST global visited the campus. Eligibility for sitting in the Placement are 60% till 6th semester. You can expect the placement from 3 to 4 lpa.

Campus has a canteen which serves fresh food. Also, there is one seminar hall where classes had been scheduled. Moreover, several fests is conducted including cultural fest name kolaahal and tech fest as well.

The infrastructure of Subharti University is good for management studies. The classrooms are spacious, and most are equipped with projectors and whiteboards. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Medical facilities are easily available within the campus because the university also has its own hospital.

Professors have good knowledge of their subjects and teach in an understandable manner using case studies, PPTs, and practical examples. Some of the teachers also have industry experience, which adds value to their teaching. They provide notes and study material on time and guide students well for placements.

In my MBA batch, around 70% to 75% of students got placed from the course. The highest package details are not very clear, but the minimum package offered was around ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA. The companies that came for recruitment were mostly local and regional firms along with some national companies like Tech Mahindra, Byju's, and small-scale consultancies.

kumaraguru college of technology has a beautiful and well-maintained campus. the ECE department is equipped with modern labs for VLSI, embedded systems, signal processing, etc. Classrooms are spacious and come with smart boards, good seating and ventilation.

ECE at KCT is very structured and updated regularly. The faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable. They use practical examples and encourage project based learning. Internally, we have enough support to prepare for both core and software roles.
Placements
Placements in ECE are quite good here. Top companies like BOSCH, L&T, Cognizant and Qualcomm visit the campus. Around 80-85% of the students in our department get placed and some of them even get into product-based companies with decent packages. The average package is about 4.5 - 5 LPA, and the highest in our batch was around 10 LPA.
Campus Life
Campus life at KCT is something I'll always cherish. From clubs like iQube (for innovation), HAM club (for communication lovers), to dance, music and literature forums, there's something for everyone. Hostel life is also comfortable.

KCT encourages students to go beyond academics. There are Tech clubs like KCT Tech, Robotics Club, and KCT ACM student chapter, as well as non- tech clubs like Dramatics, Photography and NSS/NCC. These clubs help students build soft skills, leadership qualities, and network with alumni and industry professionals.

Classrooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. We have many libraries and all of them are clean and has many books. Sometimes they don't have enough books for ECE department so, you should look after it. Canteen food is not hygienic at all and overpriced for a university student. Hope they make it better.

Teachers are regular and try their best to cover syllabus. Labs are also held regularly and the lab teachers are usually around to help you out but some teachers are just not good. Our syllabus is tough compared to VTU, so if you want to score well, you have to prepare earlier on. Curriculum is still not very up to date, which is bad, coz it would be good if we were learning what we can directly apply.

I don't have much idea about this but we have a dedicated placement cell, which is quite active and I have heard many people that they are quite assisting. I have seen many people getting placed, but it's not just bc of college, students have to put in their own effort.

Not the best, there are new canteens, and they are nice to chill at. The fests are just boring, it would be nice if they included our culture but they do something so foreign, only few get to participate and rest just go to the concert, it's boring and not fun at all.

It's a good college, if you make the best of it. It can be better. Provide more new gen syllabus, make more involving fests and overall try to improve student life. Having library open on Sunday would help a lot.
