Placement department takes placement training seriously and starts preparing students early. Aptitude coaching, soft skills training, coding practice, and group discussions are conducted regularly. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini recruit students from the campus. A few core engineering firms also hire students from mechanical and civil streams. The average package usually falls around ₹3–3.5 LPA, with higher packages above ₹6 LPA offered to top-performing students.

My College lacement cell works closely with companies to bring good opportunities to students. Training sessions for aptitude, logical reasoning, technical interviews, and soft skills are part of the regular schedule. IT recruiters like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and Accenture hire in large numbers. A few students get placed in core companies as well. The average package is around ₹3.5 LPA, and the highest offers are usually above ₹6–7 LPA. With proper preparation, most students get placed before completing their course.

The EFLU has good infrastructure, there is gym facility for girls and boys separately. The hostel is good but there is less rooms and sometimes we have to struggle to get a good room. The food is good and hygienic. The campus is small and convenient to go to class and library from hostel. The rooms have water leakage problem.
Academics
I have finished my masters in english literature and the teachers were okay but some are very lazy and don't take regular classes. The curriculum is updated though it includes recent topics also like artificial intelligence.
Placements
The placements is very good at the college. Many reputed private schools and companies like Amazon comes. The average salary ranges from 3 to 4 lacks per annum. The process is very pleasant and college is supportive.

My college offers a vast opportunity for students in all branches by providing them with CRT training and placing them in different companies. Top companies that visit our college are Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest package is 25 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA.

The teaching faculty is really great and well-mannered; however, the desk people have a really bad attitude. They often shout and sometimes just cut the call whenever asked something they don't know or want to answer. Exams are great; everything is being taught in class, and we are also provided with notes during our class.

I’m from the BBA(Hons.). Placements in core psychology were quite rare, so most of them had to find internships on their own. Many shifted to corporate roles rather than directly associating themselves with the psychology field. The highest package would go about 45 LPA, and the lowest.

The GC college has good infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The classrooms are quite big and can accommodate students around 50 or more. There is NCC, nss also available. The canteen food is good and also many nearby restaurants available. But no wifi facility available.

The Bengali department is quite good, the teachers are supportive, encouraging and qualified but they sometimes don't take classes. The curriculum is updated but it should focus more on students overall skills development.
Placements
Till now in th college there is no placements facility and there is no placements cell at the campus. But now the college has upgraded into university so maybe now we can expect more development initiatives from the administration.

College is situated in hill view where the whole infrastructure is build in 90's and have old building, washroom are also just usable not so well maintained, the campus is big but divided into different departments which are far enough.

I had done BBA from college and professors are very much helpful and focused towards studies, they help me a lot to learn new things, they gave us various assignment that helps us in gaining knowledge and skills.

The overall placement is zero and no specific department for placement due to its appearance in rural area but in some expectional case placement is provided on individual level by professors on their own sources.

I have graduated in 2022 in english honours and the teachers were really good especially the guest faculty and one senior teacher was but the hod was not good at teaching. The curriculum is updated accordingly ugc guidelines.

There is no placements in the campus so we did not get any opportunity from the department or administration. Only one bank sector came for recruiting students but the payment was too less and first you have to complete the training without pay.
