Placements
I personally believe that the placement sector needs more attention Although some of the graduates post graduates and doctorates get absorbed here but many of them still have to wait long for what they deserve
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome Seniors are very friendly helpful The atmosphere of campus is very nice The non staff thay has been assigned to us is very deligent and nice They are too polite which makes it Even more nice to live this campus life
Anything Else
Overall rating is very good All spheres are okay in general and rest is mentioned above The main focus should be for the betterment of people and that's it.My good wishes for all the students studying in this college
It is a good experience
College Infrastructure
Regarding my college, the current conditions are significantly deteriorating, with a complete lack of essential services such as electricity generators and gutter water for all the necessities , and absolutely no assurance of job placement , broken gym . The only thing this college is perfect at is hypocritically stating about how well they do for students and for there welfare and taking crores of funds in name of this from icar and making there pockets fill.
Academics
Few of the teachers deliver lectures really very well . Some are average . But in terms of practical knowledge its score 0 . But at time of viva they are expecting us to answer each & every question which we havent heard at all
Placements
If u want placement dont come here cause i havent seen any placement from a decade ....te percentge of students were placed with the highest slary package offered and course placement process easy and pleasant.
Campus Life
Campus canteen is having much of non veg , veg options are very less . 2 stars for where the college is located thats why it look really good in pictures . It is a very good exerience .iwe enjoy a lot...
Anything Else
No service , kindly add services in this collge and provide us with what this college is taking funds for . And plus they have no vacany for hostel students to adjust and all the bsc students are living in triplet . They adjust even that student in hostel which is living 5 mins away from this collge to get that 18k .
It was a good experience
College Infrastructure
Skuast university is one of the best agriculture in jammu and Kashmiri but it needs to be maintaine the fencing the parks etc about teaching i said the full syllabus is never completed we have to learn on our own for exams and some teachers are very rude for students that students fell mentally distrubed
Academics
About aadmics the the teaching level is ok ok but not satisfied we have to learn on our own and some teachers are not also cooperative overall i can say they should focus on the completion of syllabus so students don’t face pressure
Placements
Skuast is good university who generally want to learn agriculture but we didn’t see any placement here never ever in persent time and I don’t think there could be any placement in future they should see into this
Campus Life
3.5 rating it needs iml
Anything Else
Skuast is a good agriculture university but it still has areas that needs improvement
Biggest Mistake for wasting my 2 precious years
College Infrastructure
There are old classrooms, which are not maintained properly, and the maintenance is very slow; also, facilities vary from department to department. However, the biggest issue with the university is not the infrastructure but the fact that nothing is organized.
Academics
The number of teachers who are not serious about their teaching, cancellation of classes, and poor quality of the explanation are some of the defects pointed by the students. The students find it very difficult to get proper guidance.
Placements
There are no placements or job opportunities for MA. No company is interested in coming to the college to recruit students of the MA course. Therefore, the students have to look for jobs on their own after their graduation.
overall campus life here best
College Infrastructure
There is unavalibilty of wifi and network also thus we face difficulty here . And also the water is not suitable enough to drink as we can get sick snd can have severe infections . Also we face difficulty in library as there is not 24*7 library there and we face a lot of difficultyduring our exams .
Academics

What a college for Bachelor life you should go for it
College Infrastructure
The classrooms are large, bright, and clean and the college is safe and well-disciplined. Wi-Fi is provided at the library zone which is very helpful during project works. The college also provides computer labs for practical sessions and the college environment is peaceful and study-friendly.
Academics
Faculty members are extremely helpful, experienced, and devoted to the students' academic and personal growth. They get the points across easily, give the learners the necessary materials, and invite students to take part in a workshop, presentation, or seminar.
Placements
The placement cell holds regular workshops on résumé building, communication skills, and interview preparation, which really helps students to become confident. Several seniors have been able to secure good off-campus positions with the help of the faculty and the placement team, hence, the overall assistance system is quite good.
My college is simple with a honest academic development.
College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure feels like a mix of old charm and practical utility, but it does show its age in many corners. Some classrooms are well maintained, while others feel a little worn out and could use renovation. The laboratories for Statistics are decent, but the equipment sometimes feels outdated during practical sessions. The campus buildings are spread across a busy area, which can be both convenient and chaotic. The library is helpful but gets crowded during peak hours. Overall, it is functional but not impressive enough to call modern.
Academics
The academic environment is strong, especially in the Statistics department. Teachers explain concepts clearly and maintain discipline. The workload feels heavy at times but builds confidence in the subject. Internal assessments are strict but helpful. Practical classes keep students involved.
Placements
Placement opportunities for Statistics Honours are limited and not very specialised. Many companies prefer general roles rather than subject based positions. The placement cell tries but does not always deliver strong options. Students often search for internships independently. Guidance is available but not consistent. Overall, the placement scene needs improvement.
Campus Life
Campus life is lively due to the constant movement of students. Space is limited, so the environment can feel crowded. Events happen but sometimes lack detailed planning. The area around the college is energetic but noisy. Friendships form easily because everyone interacts closely. It is enjoyable but not exceptional.
Not the best but definitely value for money.
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is manageable but shows clear signs of ageing in many corners. Classrooms are usable yet lack a modern academic atmosphere. The Economics department rooms are simple with only basic facilities. The library is the strongest support, though it becomes full quickly. Common areas often feel crowded during rush hours. Overall, it functions well enough but does not create a premium feel.
Academics
Academic quality in Economics feels solid with teachers who explain theories patiently. The department keeps the coursework demanding but not overwhelming. Discussions in class help in understanding concepts from real situations. Internal examinations maintain discipline and consistency. The teaching style encourages personal study rather than memorisation.
Placements
Placement opportunities for Economics students remain limited and not highly specialised. Companies visit, but many offer general roles rather than analytical positions. The placement cell provides support, yet openings feel fewer than expected. Students often pursue internships and projects on their own. Further studies are encouraged more than immediate jobs.
Campus Life
I experience a lively campus every day because the college stays crowded. I sometimes get tired of the limited space, but I enjoy the energy around me. I attend events when I can, and they bring some excitement to the routine. I find the surrounding area vibrant but a bit noisy at times. I have met many new people simply by being around the constant activity. I feel campus life is enjoyable but not very spacious.
Prepare confidently for future career
College Infrastructure
College campus provides calm and student centered environment while learning feels smooth and encouragable the campus is neatly planned with upgraded laboratories digital library and smart sense board
Academics
Faculty members teach with clarity and always create space for question and clarify doubts and guide students through practical work their teaching encourages understanding rather than memorizing all.
Placements
The placement department puts in consistent effort arranging workshop aptitude practice interview guidance and industry interactions because of their training support many students receive job offers.
Campus Life
The vibe of the college is encouraging filled with events, seminars, and campus activities, that help students express themselves and develop new talent outside regular academics is to improve skills.

Better option for state government medical College
College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is quite not so good because College opened in 1947 , but still better with comparing with other government medical Colleges . Hostels are below average and not worth of money but due to less options they can be use
Academics
Academics are good , all academic are according to the latest guidelines by the National medical commission. Better than other government medical Colleges in comparison. But it still depend on student to student .
Placements
There are not many plenty of good placement for just a graduate but after post graduation they are good options for placements and further specialisation. Percentage is vary in every batch and salary according to government salary .
Amazing Institute for MBA with Best Faculty
College Infrastructure
The food in the mess is great compared to what you expect—simple, clean, and served on time. Besides, the college is equipped with a central library having a vast collection of the latest management books, journals, and digital resources.
Academics
The faculty of the MBA department consists of members who are not only supportive and approachable but also highly qualified. They give us the detailed notes during the time of exams and they also help us a lot while giving presentations and doing projects
Placements
Our college was visited by many famous companies like Phoenix Analytics Pvt. Ltd., StratEdge Consulting, NimbusCorp Solutions, FinAxis Global, and a handful of mid-size marketing firms. Besides, the average package of the batch hovered between ₹5.5–₹7 LPA, with the highest going close to ₹11 LPA for a business development and strategy role.
