The faculty at KIET is well-informed and extremely professional. They are very strict regarding discipline and attendance but have interactive and thought-provoking teaching methods. The course material is regularly updated to align with industry trends, which equips the students well for corporate problems.
Placements
The placement situation at KIET is great, with almost 85% of MBA students getting good placements. The highest package in my batch was INR 18 LPA, the average was almost INR 6 LPA, and the lowest was almost INR 3 LPA. Some of the best job profiles given were business analyst, operations manager, and HR associate.

I believe Amity has improved and consistently helped their students get placed in good product organisations. Of course the mandate for this is good preparation by the students and if you are doing that I don’t think placements are gonna be any issue.

The college also has really good infrastructure. There's a big library with plenty of books, around 10 computer labs, and a canteen that serves tasty and fresh food. There's a medical room. The hostel rooms are clean and comfortable. We get different types of food every day. The hostel also has Wi-Fi, which helps a lot for studying

The teachers here are kind, qualified, and very helpful. Each subject has a lab every week. It really helps us to understand things better by practicing them. If we don't understand something, the teachers explain it patiently. The semester exams are fair. They are not too hard or too easy. Around 85% of students pass each semester.
Placements
One of the best parts is the placements. More than 85% of students get placed every year, which is quite nice. The highest package offered was around 28 LPA, and the lowest was 4.5 LPA. Big companies like Amazon, Infosys, and Incircles come for placements. Most students can attend campus interviews without too many rules or restrictions.

At the current year, many students were placed; approximately, I think, it's above 60 students of the 5th semester and the package of 1.5 LPA offered. The recruiting companies are TATA, HDFC, and etc. Presently, college is connected with well-package-providing companies.

The College is 100 years old. But the infrastructure shows that it's a new one. The college has well-equipped auditoriums, restrooms, seminar halls, and classrooms. Most classrooms have projectors and screens. Each floor has fire extinguishers, and the college follows all safety measures. The college has four blocks; Two are within the campus and the other two are outside the campus, which are mainly for management studies and science stream. All students are provided with WiFi facility. The has got enough hostel facilities; one inside the campus and the other near the science block. overall, St. Teresa's has the best infrastructure facility. All block has their own cafeteria.

I am an M.Com student. As per my experience, college focuses on both arts and academics. The college arranges paper presentation competition. all our teachers are UGC NET qualified, and atleast one professor in each department has completed their PhD. Teachers complete our syllabus on time. The department organizes Seminars and Industrial Visits. Teachers are very supportive and help students in their academics.
Placements
Our students get placed in various companies like EY, GIC, Deloitte, and many more. The self-financing stream has more placements than the aided streams. Selected students as a fresher get a decent pay of around 20 K. Various career guidance and a global expo were also conducted.

It's a rollercoaster ride because from the start of the academic year till the end, the college hosts various activities which keep students entertained. Many celebrities come to our college. During the Kalosav time, the college is very busy. I guess especially UG students who get admission here are truly blessed. Most teachers are very cool and the fashion sense of students is what makes the campus extraordinary.

Assumption College is one of the oldest colleges in Kerala. In 2024, the College will mark its 75th year of establishment. Speaking about infrastructure, the whole College has maintained its old and beautiful aspect. It has mainly one main auditorium inside the campus which fits the whole college. It has another hall named 'William Hall', which is according to the new standards. There are sufficient Seminar Halls. Even though the college maintains its ancient beauty, there are new blocks and Office rooms which are well built. The college has enough classrooms, staff rooms, and washroom facilities for all the students. The Science stream has its labs, and there is also a museum for History Students. There's also a cafeteria for both students and teachers.

I am a 2021-24 batch B.Com Computer Application student. Since the College is 'autonomous', the study material is made by teachers based on relevant topics and material that will be approved by the MG University. The teachers usually complete the syllabus on time. The commerce department is always active, hosting various Seminars and Visits. The department hosts its own Fest and paper presentation competition, which helps student boost their confidence and helps them gain more knowledge on their subject.
Placements
The college has its placement cell, which includes a placement officer and student coordinators from various departments. Various companies like Accenture, Sutherland, TCS, and many more come for placement drives. I got placed at Accenture and Sutherland. Our College encourages all students to register for various placement drives and get selected. Most of these companies offer 20-30K for a UG graduate. The college did offer coaching for the aptitude test, so we could get placed.

The students are so good and approachable. Various programs like short film fest, arts day, etc, are celebrated in our college. Most programs are inaugurated by film actors. The College is fun, especially on 'Mission Day', where all department competes by setting up stalls or games or DJs and raise funds so as to help a family in need. The NSS, NCC are very active, as are other clubs like the Films Club.
