Eligibility Criteria

Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State. The admission pattern to B. Tech is as follows: The minimum qualification for admission to first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects.

Admission Details

70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the EAMCET.
30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under lateral entry scheme.

College Infrastructure

Campus is beautiful and filled with greenery. It has modern classrooms with digital boards and good seating arrangements. Labs for each department are well-equipped with updated systems and tools. The central library is peaceful and has a huge collection of academic and reference books. There is a canteen that offers quality food, and the college also provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus is strong, and students can use it for academic purposes.

College Infrastructure

My college buildings are spacious and well-designed with smart classrooms and air-conditioned seminar halls. Each department has advanced labs that help students learn practically. The library is large and has thousands of books, journals, and e-resources. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, and computer labs stay open for long hours. There are playgrounds, indoor sports areas, and a cafeteria that serves tasty and hygienic food. Hostels are neat and secure with good facilities.

College Infrastructure

GRIET has good infrastructure. Good classrooms, labs, and a great library. The hostel facilities are better for girls, since they're managed by the college, while boys have to look for PGs nearby. Food is decent, not amazing, and sports are encouraged, though space is a bit limited
