College Infrastructure
It has almost all the necessities but the spaces aren’t usually clean. Computer labs can be improved. Repair that are necessary are not done. Facilities like WiFi and smart boards are not provided at all.
Academics
Teachers should take more initiative rather burdening with test and assignments at end of each semester. More practical knowledge should be incorporated in the curriculum that is of actual use. Insight into real world problems through curriculum could be an asset.
Placements
All the big four do visit the campus during the placement season along with other companies. The CTCs offered are also fine. Area where they can improve is mainly internships and providing some sort of preparation help for interviews that are actually useful.

The college does have societies but college doesn’t show much support to there activities. It also have its own annual fest but they honestly couldn’t have a worse one. They even shut down societies .

If the criteria of a student is strictly academics ans placement after that the college can be still a good choice. It does offer a wide range of courses. But if a student wants ti factor in having a college life or a vibrant student life then it is not the place for them. The college needs improvement in several areas. The faculty is not cooperative some time. Having a student life is certainly not given importance here. Most events are downsized without concrete reasons.

One of the positives of Subharti is that it possesses a clean campus with all necessities. The projectors and ACs are present in the classrooms, and there is proper Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. The library is well-spaced and possesses a good number of management books and journals, which I found to be of use while doing my research work. The university has a good auditorium and common spaces for functions, although the sports grounds need some upgrading. The canteen fare is clean and low priced, so no issues on this front.

The teachers are highly educated and have a good academic background in most cases, but they are extremely formal and rigid in their approach. They lay great stress on theoretical concepts and are sticklers for attendance and submission of assignments, which at times appears a bit mechanical instead of motivational. I believe there is less stress on practical exposure or case-based learning, which is so crucial in MBA programs.
Placements
Most of the recruiters offer packages between 2.5 to 4 LPA, which is fair for freshers but not very impressive if you’re aiming high. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, and small consultancy firms have visited the campus. It is about 65-70% of students from my batch who were able to get jobs with campus placement, while the rest of us were on our own.

Infrastructure wise this college is the best in whole DU. Situated in North campus, the college has that regal look to it with British infra as well. It has all the basic requirements a college require including wifi, libraries, classrooms and hygiene is also maintained well.

Academics wise the college is also good. Compared to other DU colleges, IPCW is Focused more on the circular rather than other exposure. Teachers are well versed in their jobs and do help us good enough for our course.

Placement is below average of this college. Only thr students from commerce department are given the opportunity to sit in such placements and students from the humanities section aren't aware of them. Placements wise this college doesn't perform well.

Campus life is pretty peaceful and calm which often gets boring for someone who require exposure. This college DON'T offer any kind of exposure and is pretty study oriented. It is safe inside the college but outside it sometimes get messey. being in an all girls college is a task in it's self when it comes to safety and exposure.

College infrastructure is very good. It is very pleasant and peaceful. The whole campus is provided with very good 5G Wi-Fi. College hostel is very hygienic, and tasty and healthy food is provided for students. Fruits and snacks are also available in the canteen.

Faculty members are well qualified and they train students for industries. I like the way they provide knowledge in labs. Much practical knowledge is provided to all students, and they encourage every students to participate in hackathons and other DSA competitions.

I am pursuing my engineering in data science in computer science stream. I personally chose this as I am very much interested in handling data. In our college, 60% of students got internships and 80% of students got placed. I recommend this college.

There are good sports spaces, such as badminton courts and a football ground, and the auditorium is air-conditioned with ample space for events. Classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors, which makes learning much more interactive and seamless. The only downside is the hostel – it is functional, but the rooms could do with a bit more upkeep, and the washrooms could do with a bit more regular cleaning.
