College Infrastructure
Wi-Fi was good almost everywhere on the campus. The labs were good with new equipment. Coming to the hostel, the food was average but compared to home, it was not up to the level. We have a dispensary in the college itself and an available nurse and we have a mineral water supply around the campus and a small solar plant in the main block.
Academics
Teachers were knowledgeable and they were good with the explanation of the topics. Semesters were easy enough if we followed the faculty and assignments. The course curriculum was designed to obtain all the qualities required while in the engineering and it helps by providing both technical knowledge and general too.
Placements
About 70% students are placed and the highest package was 40 LPA the average package was about 5 LPA. Top recruiting company was Autodesk. Internship recruiters were Accenture and Amazon with a good stipend. This year we had around 900 offers come to the students and they were still going on.

The infrastructure at BMSCE is Good , and the campus is not very big. However, all the necessary facilities are available, and the faculty is very polite and supportive. The hostel facility is average, and the food in the mess is good compared to other colleges. The medical facilities are not up to the mark, but the canteen is good. In terms of sports, you get a lot of opportunities to participate in a variety of sports, both indoors and outdoors.
Academics
The faculty at BMSCE is outstanding, but the exams can be a bit hectic. For example, in the first semester, they complete the first semester in 3 months and conduct internal exams in each month. The exams are taken afterwards, and the best 2 out of 3 CIEs are considered. Also, there is a strict 85% attendance rule in the college. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate.
Placements
My branch has decent placements that are increasing each year. About 70-80% of students get placed through college recruitment, and the rest are placed through off-campus placements. The highest package offered was about 46 Lacs, and the average is 12 Lacs for my branch. In terms of internships, 70% of the students who applied got internships. The top roles offered were data management and web development.

The faculty is good, supportive, and very helpful. They provide us what we want and what we ask for, and they will always be there for us. I personally like their nature as a student. And another thing is the exams are very strictly conducted in college.

In our college, 80-85% of students are placed this year. And in the future there are some improvements you'll see. The highest package in our college is 27 lakhs CTC. Last year, CS student cracked this in a campus interview. The average package is 8 lakhs something.

According to infrastructure, the college has excellent and good facilities, like an environment with greenery, hostels, labs, classrooms, libraries, grounds, and events all provided by the college on campus, and food quality is good in campus hostels.

The course curriculum is regularly updated on the campus to make the industry ready, and the teachers of AVN College are very helpful for the students. The teachers are qualified and very knowledgeable, and semester exams are somewhat difficult, which is affiliated with the JNTU.

There are too many placements in the college, but from 6 months on, the placements are happening in the college, and now the highest package offered is 8 LPA per annum and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA per annum, and companies like TCS, Wipro, and Amazon are arriving at the college.

60% of the students are placed on campus from our branch, and CSE plays a good role in the placements. The highest package that is offered by the companies is 9 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package offered in our course is 3 Lacs per year, and Wipro plays a major role in placements.

My college should improve in infrastructure. Technology facilities in class 4 need to be included by keeping projectors and other equipment. Labs in our college have good facilities. The library in our college is also very useful, according to the books and the available books we get there

That of our college or friend and very good at teaching. The college provides good teachers only. The faculty in our college are highly qualified. Pass percentage of college will be around 65 to 70%. Faculty are helpful to students to attend the semester exams very easily and explain the doubts that we get at exam time also.

For the civil course, there are no proper placements. I will not get proper internships. We will get intensive maybe with IT industry being a civil student. I feel my college should improve in placements. For civil, there is no proper company visiting our college.

The faculty of my CSE branch is very good, and all are experienced faculty members. The faculty are well trained and have good knowledge but some of them show partiality regarding students who study well and who don't study well. They approach me in a good manner regarding labs and classes.

50 percent of the students get placed in the college placement drive. The highest package in our college is 8 lacs per annum. The lowest package offered is 4 lacs per annum. The campus placements are pretty nice. In AVN College of Engineering, there are so many batches.

Yes we are having a proper infrastructure in our college but in some areas there's lack of consciousness. also our college is not having a wifi connection for students ,labs are good but classrooms are like extremely hot in summer... Bearing that level of heat is sometimes goes out of hand .. hygiene is good there but some washrooms are not well maintained they smell bad and not having proper handwash system they are also not having proper pad system for girls only have Machines for napkins but don't have napkins in it.

Good academic and some teachers are just wow Everything is well updated but having exceptions in some cases . My studies doesn't much helping me with mt future job prospects I think they should work on their time table and should remove the additional subjects

Our college provide the best labs and it have great facilities when it come to classroom that are fully air-conditioned with well maintained desk and clean classrooms. They provide us with a good connection wifi . Guest lectures and events are held in Auditorium that is fully air conditioned .It also have both girls and boys hostel which again have seprate wifi connection and well maintained . Cafeteria have a good option of food choices and at reasonable prices.

There are many festivals organized in college every year. Every festival is celebrated with immense joy. There is a teach fest like a hackathon for computer nerds. The library is huge and has every book needed, and the classrooms are well-ventilated. Yes, we have a hostel on campus; it is more affordable than private hostel food charges, which are also included in hostel fees.

The course curriculum is well-managed; you have all the necessary subjects in MCA that you need to skill up before entering the outside corporate world. I chose MCA. I am always interested in software. We had about 4-5 teachers for our 70-student batch. We had term-end exams for every semester
Placements
From the 2nd semester itself, students are eligible for placement companies like Capgemini, Godrej, Infosys, Wurth-it, and TCS, which visit very often and make a good number of offers. The average package is around 4 LPA for freshmen, or about 80–90% of students placed. Unfortunately, no good companies come for internships; most students receive jobs directly.

The college infrastructure is disabled friendly. There are ramps and also the college recently added tactile paving for visually impaired people. They keep improving on this aspect. But I would still consider the infrastructure average. Sometimes the lift doesn't work. The furniture is old. Most computers in the library doesn't work. The college does have Wi-Fi, but it has weak connection as you go up in the floor. But the computers in the Lab does work accept from few which get fixed easily upon notifying. Some classes have pull down projector screen and projectors, but they are not maintained well. Washrooms are decent. They have good facilities in Sports Centre. You get all the equipments you need and also, they are upgraded frequently and kept nicely too. You will generally find the college clean and hygienic with proper equipments but sometimes you will find some things not working and not getting fixed like library computers, pad dispensing machine in the washrooms or even ACs. They only have ACs in few classes .
Academics
I am studying BCom. Honours. I chose this course because it perfectly aligned with my future goals and something I would love to study. The professors are amazing and really helpful. They explain things well and always keep you updated with any change in syllabus or anything other thing which you might need to know. They are not textbook teachers only. Along with book material they incorporate practical and real word knowledge. I would say the curriculum is well updated and keep on updating. I would say what I study do helps me get 50% ready but also, we learn some subjects that I think are not necessary for my future job.
Placements
Placements are not good and only few people get placed. Some teachers from placement Cell were helpful but the the student member of the placement cell. I guess the highest placement was 6.6 Lakh per annum.

The campus life is the worst. The crowd is decent at best. They are not ambitious or fun people with whom you can grow as a person. The fests and events are really low standards. It is nothing. Same thing on repeat. You will never enjoy fests. Even clubs life is not that fun. Teachers are good. Staff are the best and really respectful. But the students are not the best. They are not hardworking, and the environment does foster great and innovative and hustling students. It is like you are in some school and just doing what a teacher told you to. The location is nice. Near CP and Mandi house and also safe. You can find Police vehicles nearby. It is a protected area. Yes, it can definitely handle emergencies quite well.

I would never suggest anyone to get admission in this college. It is average at best. There are more better colleges than this. The admin department is the worst and not helpful at all. There will be a lot of times where you have to reach out to them, but they will not be that helpful and will definitely give you attitude.

It is never a dull moment at GIM. I personally being a member of a club could vouch for fun and entertainment all round the year.
