I'm studying BTECH in IOT . The quality of teaching is very good ,all the teachers are supporting in the case of studies. Syllabus is completed on time and teachers update every single thing timely. But i think what i study doesn't make me job ready.

The placements quality is not so good because there are only a few number of people who are hired. Highest salary package this year was only 5.5 lakh per annum. But the process is quite easy and pleasant as the college is supportive.

My Experience with this college is good
College Infrastructure
The college infra is very good. Spacious campus area (230+ acres), greenery is also good, air conditioned classrooms and good sports complex. There are many food courts where they serve good food. The most of the hostels are decent.
Academics
My opinion on the academics is a bit mixed. Most of the faculties are decent, some are exceptionally good and some I have mixed opinions on. The exams conducted are medium to hard level. Not on par with IITs but good paper setting.
Placements
The placement percentage this year is about 88.7%. A lot of companies both on campus and off campus came for interviewing the candidates. Most of them are banking companies. And there were about 10 students got marquee packages out 315 students I believe. But this is the first batch. So there's a lot of room for improvement.

The campus life you'll experience will be very good. Apart from the events that happens here, everything else is good. You have libraries to study, gym to workout, playgrounds to play. Almost all facilities are available here.

This maintenance of the facilities and further enhancement would make it even better for present and future students.

My experience in NMIMS Hyderabad till now as a BA LL.B. student is positive. The faculty members are cordial and helpful and give us guidance in our day to day study, research papers and the expectations of a law student for his/her future in the field. The learning area and facilities are satisfactory and offer a good learning environment. Pupils also have opportunities to engage in moot court competitions, national level competitions and research activity, extending their learning of the legal profession beyond the classroom. But I think there's potential to beef up the nuts and bolts of legal education. Theoretical knowledge and understanding of case law is critical, but practical skills in legal drafting, document preparation, legal research and the application of theory to real life situations are also vital. Additional practical sessions, hands-on workshops and interaction with legal industry could help prepare the students for their professions. In general, the academic climate is encouraging and pupils are afforded opportunities to pursue their interests in law. The overall learning experience at NMIMS Hyderabad was enriched with more practical training and less of theory, which could make it more career-oriented at the college.

One thing I would like to improve however is placements. While law students would benefit from being placed, having better salary packages and more opportunities with reputed law firms and having better connections in the industry, these would not go to the benefit of all students.

I am happy with my experience till now at NMIMS Hyderabad. The campus has good infrastructure and hostel infrastructure is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The teachers are approachable and helpful when we need to get support in studies, research papers, career guidance etc. College offers us a lot of events and makes our college life more enjoyable, we get opportunities to participate in activities in there. The canteen and food trucks have also got a decent selection of food available, including non-vegetarian items. I'm also a law student, and have the chance to pursue moot courts, competitions, and research activities. Generally speaking, campus life is pleasant and there is opportunity for further practical exposure in the legal arena.

The college has all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment in classes, labs and libraries. The Wi-FI work well in both the college academic blocks and hostel blocks, and the food sold and provided at the mess are also hygienic. However, I would be happy if certain areas in the campus could be well maintained, especially during rain.

I am doing a B. Tech. in AI and Data Science because the concept of AI was felt fascinating to me, especially along with Data Science which I believed were the basics. The quality of teaching is nice, and the curriculum is updated and includes recent developments in the field.
