College infrastructure is comparatively poor to other colleges in the city. Although, there are some good benches and boards, the essential amenities are to be supplied in the larger quantity. For instance, there are labs with less number of instruments, some defects in the machine etc. Talking about infrastructure, as the intake is less, It's totally fine for the people but it has to be improved.
Academics
The college is affiliated to VTU so it goes after the VTU guidelines. Syllabus is totally under university, as a computer science student, there are some subjects that has to be changed and replaced with new subjects. And teaching is average except for a few professors who don't force for " Only academics". But the college focuses alot on academics than practical industrial exposure. I'm pre final year student, (computer science) they hadn't taken us to the industrial visit yet.
Placements
Placement is a difficult thing here. But not impossible. They send us to the banglore campus, there placements happen. But there's a struggle involved. People who are placed, all are CSE students. Mechanical, civil, electrical are shifting to IT. There are no core companies.. For their branches. And the package offered on average is 3.5-4LPA. Some companies offer better package, but all happens in banglore campus only.
Campus Life
They ensure strict measures. It's not so strict that students find it suffocating. But some professors are friendly. But the only thing that I hate about this is, the college focuses more on academics. Just marks. College buses are available through out the city. But are always crowded. They should increase the number of buses. Odyssey is what we wait for. Its the only event that happens once a year..location isn't much clean but the premises are clean.
In short I want to say it is the best college for girls.

Academic is really good. Teachers are quite laborious and work hard to teach. Curriculum is updated every year. I am studying here bachelor in technology from electronics and communication . And yes the curriculum makes ne job ready.

The placement is 100% for many branches including computer science and information technology. Average salary offered by companies is 3.5 lakh/ year and maximum is 29 lakh/year. Percentage doesn't matter here for placements.
Campus Life
There are many clubs in college where student can participate. There are technical and non-technical both clubs. These clubs organizes fest every year which includes many events and cultural nights as well.

The infrastructure of the college is good. Classrooms are fully AC, but it has Wi-Fi for teachers only, not for students. The library is quite large. Every classroom is ventilated and adjusted with smart screens. Hostel facilities were available.

Teachers are well educated and hold a good degree from reputed colleges, helpful and knowledgeable. They encourage students to be a part of curricular activities or to organize activities in the college premises. The course curriculum is relevant.

The placement process in the college is quite average, it is up to a satisfactory level as the companies visited the college is more of a marketing profile rather than finance or HR. So the number of students recruited is less.

The overall infrastructure of the institute is good with all necessary facilities like canteen, separate hostels, indoor and outdoor sports facilities and auditoriums. Very close monitoring for cleanliness and security is taken with dedicated staff and coordinators. The aspect to highlight here is that the institute is a Green Zone space at this time of crisis.

A perfect blend of technology and classroom teaching is what one finds at this wonderful management education institute. The pedagogy is dynamic with inputs from current happenings of not only corporate world but every possible dimension which I must say helps a lot in our wider understanding and holistic personality development.

The campus recruitment is awesome at the college. Each year new companies join in for recruiting the students from the institute. Students of UG course also get placed which is a feature really to be admired I think. Few companies that recruited at the institute are Bigbasket, TCS, HDFC Bank, Tech-Mahindra.

I love the various curricular and extracurricular activities held at the institute regularly. With sports and cultural events in place, I have also polished my skills in these areas along with all the fun and memories I have to cherish all my life.

My college has an average infrastructure. The buildings are not that much good or beautiful. Though the college is built in large space. It has all kinds of necessary equipment present but not the latest technologies. The hostels are having 24x7 WiFi facility, but the campus is not WiFi. Only labs and computers have WiFi access in campus. The food here is hygienic but taste is average.

Academics of college is good. Quality of teaching is also nice. Teachers are having full knowledge of the subjects they teach , but, first year teachers are not that much skilled. The whole syllabus is based on Punjab Technical University's curriculum and is updated. The study actually focuses on sharping and enhancing skills of each student.
Placements
The college has a great rate of 100% placements. Top Notch companies like Microsoft , amazon , Google , Cognizant , Zs, etc visit the campus each year and recruit many students with great packages. A full 360 degree placement program is used to train each student to crack the interviews. The avg. package offered is between 4.5 lpa to 5 lpa. The highest package till now has been 31.77 lpa which was offered by amazon.

The campus life here is just like all other colleges it is as usual. we can roam around the whole campus in free lectures, eat from the canteens, sit in parks etc. The teaching and non-teaching staff is very supportive and helpful. The whole campus is fully safe and it can handle medical emergencies as it has it's own doctors and ambulance.

There is a large library where you will get a sufficient amount of books to study whenever you require them. There is a total of 5 canteens in college including the main one.

The faculty members of our department are good and helpful. They have a good understanding of their field with good teaching abilities. They hold a good degree. The course curriculum is well-relevant.

The college placement procedure is to the point. Campus placements are done by many companies such as Ion, Libsys, Delloite, Amazon, Paytm, etc. In the CSE department, the placement is almost 100% because of mass recruiters such as Accenture. Internships are also given.

The teachers here are well qualified. Few teachers are ignorant towards students and are rather concerned about the completion of assignments and projects. Also it is very important to attain the 75% attendance barrier otherwise you are exempted from sitting in final exams.

The placements are good. You have to achieve at least 6.5 CGPA in order to sit in the placement drives conducted by the companies. About 60% of the total students in civil engineering get a job in good companies.

The campus is good. It is located in Himachal Pradesh therefore the weather is very pleasant. You can get a good view of the kasauli hills which are just one hour drive from the college.

I have taken course in electronics and communication engineering. The faculties explain the concepts well and give us all possible help needed. We are currently studying the 2017regulation which have more concepts than before. This also gives us an exposure in taking up projects as well.

We are periodically given trainings regarding the topics required for placements. Recently talks on interview preparation and experiences by our seniors were given which made it easy for us to get a clear idea about the entire process. The faculty members are well supportive in giving us help regarding areas where we have some difficulties.

First of all our college is situated in an airy environment with greenery. We have grounds were we are taken during our play time. The teachers and support staff are always free to help us and guide in every possible manner. It's safe to have a study on and we are provided events to expose our talents quite often.

Each department is provided with necessary teaching materials and spaces for better understanding and learning experience for students. We have an Information Resource Center (library) that has books on various topics. They also have access to online courses. The hostels are comfortable, safe and well maintained. The food in the canteen as well as the mess for hostel students are healthy and hygienic.

I'm doing BCA because I like programming and coding. The quality of teaching is average as we don't get much updated to the current standards though the management makes updates in our syllabus in consultation with the students and teachers. As there is a rapid growth in the IT field, I think we will not be job-ready when we graduate though sometimes we do get placement training sessions and career guidance lectures.
Placements
We have a placement room in college where students are free to approach and attain information about various company job offers. I haven't experienced placement process as I'm not yet ready to attend placements.
Campus Life
Apart from academics there are other activities like sports, extension activities and club activities etc that are available for the students. The college is located in such a place that transportation facilities are available easily. It is safe and secure as there are security guards stationed all over the campus through the day and night. In case of any health issues the students can approach Apollo Shine clinic where two nurses are present throughout the day.

The placement of IITG is good .It is one of the greatest IIT of India. The overall placements of all the programme is 78 percent.Top companies from both domestic and international offers a huge amount of package to the students of IITG.
