I'm studying MBA finance, each and every staff here is very cooperative. Guidance for each and every subject is given and the material is provided as well. The is well aware and guides the students in every possible way.

Good placements are offered for Sales and marketing students. The TPO office is very cooperative. A Lot of good companies such as Byju's, Jaro Education, Airtel, etc have visited the campur for the placements and they offer a very good package for Sales and marketing.

My college has a very beautiful infrastructure. My college has smart classrooms wit A.C, huge library, auditorium, projectors room, boy's common room, girls common room, I.T lab... etc. We have a small garden near the fountain area for hangout. The academic part of my college is also good. All the students have 75% of attendees to sit in the examination. All the faculties are highly knowledgable and mostly came from IITs and IIMs. Our curriculum is research-based and job oriented. I am currently pursuing PGDM in Operation from this college. All the guest lectures are compulsory to attend.
Placements
The quality of placement is average because of the large batch size. There are a total of 190 students in our current batch. Placements of marketing departments are very good as compared to other departments. The highest salary package was around 20 lakh per annum which was offered by JSW. Some companies came for offering core finance and hr jobs. Very few companies came for the operation profile jobs. Our placement committee is very active for final placements and summer internships.

My college is very well known for its campus life. We celebrated many events and festivals at our campus. The campus is very much safe and can handle all sorts of emergencies with the availability of hospitals in the 10 km range.

I am studying BTech in Computer Science and Engineering as I had interest in computer programming from my school days, the quality of teaching is okayish with proper lab classes and exams. Yes the curriculum is updated regularly with different regulations coming up, like I am studying in 2015 regulation and now 2018 regulations have come. So they keep on changing the courses as per the requirements and demands of the industry. To be job ready you have to work a bit extra hard.
Placements
The college placement has a good record with lots of product based and service based companies visiting the campus each year and hiring in good numbers. The highest package offered was 30lakhs and it went to the School of Computing which includes CSE, IT and Software branches. Average salary offered is not really high but still if you work hard you end up with a good package. Yes college is supportive and helps with placement training to the students before the placement season starts.

Its a lush green campus with, different types of building, it has an hospital inside the campus and it provides free consultation to college students. Students can engage in various clubs like technical and non technical. College fests and MUNs are really great in the campus. The security can be improved more. The students are from various parts of the country so it's nice to know different people, teachers are okay and support staff does it job well. It's in bit outskirts but well connected.

Only the CSE branch has the best infrastructure, moreover a brand new block of CSE dep. is now on finishing line. Other branches have disappointing infrastructure, defective and outdated instruments and lab apparatus. Hostels are also decent but they will accommodate 4 students in 3 seater rooms. Also few hostels have not been equipped with RO purifier which is must because the underground water of gorakhpur is very heavy and polluted causing kidney stones. 80% students here are facing hairfall.
Academics
Few teachers are good and knowledgeable i.e the core faculties. There is shortage of faculties in few departments which fulfilled by the guest faculties and Phd scholars.. they totally ruin the teaching quality. I want to mention that the teachers will not make you able to sit in interviews and qualify for Jobs, it is totally up-to you, your knowledge , and your Skills

Placement and Top Branches i.e CSE and ECE is decent but rest of the branches have almost zero placement records. Moreover the placements in top branches is not so engaging, it is average of 4-5 lpa keeping few exceptions of off-campus which hit the highest one.

Campus is decent, there is enough space and Ground for sports and other activities. Campus is lush green and environment is very natural. The best part is that college regularly conducts its own sports function and tournaments, and you can carry any sport here as a profession also. There is both outdoor and indoor sports facility. I am in electrical dept.academics is really splendid and especially in electrical and mechanical.Teachers heed the studies this is a superb thing.Curriculm is not very much updated but it is gonna modified by new session 2020-21.The faculty is very much experienced and expert in teaching(as you will generally expect from a NIT).Academics wise it is a very good institute.However there are always some things(maybe some faculties) that are not good and sincere.

The placement percent has been good for CS,EE,EC and ME(about 90 percent &more). Chemical is also getting better placements in recent years. For civil, placement percent is around 70-75.CS and Ec get high salary packages on campus.You can get it too from EE if you worked well on Programming.In electrical ,Texas,L&Tfor internships.L&T and various companies go for internships. For programming there is Dsaw,Arcesium,JpMorgan,Goldman Sacs,Amazon,etc global leaders come.Apple too come for intership.

Well talking about activities to engage,there is much portion covered by event management (publicity,marketing,etc)things.there are some clubs related to writing,music,etc.But most of these clubs are always filled with contacts.From sports to music,its necessary you should have contacts with seniors and go to those events of these clubs also which you know is totally shit(do event work etc).Well administraton is not verymuch supportive however teachers are quite supportive if you ask sincerely.
