We have the worst infrastructure, as we are having the campus which is different from the plan we have in the voucher. Improper road. Unavailable of canteen. Insufficient laboratories. Insufficient classrooms.
Academics
We have poor faculty. As we have only 5 permanent faculty and total contract faculty who have inter knowledge are now teaching to the graduation students. No proper books in library. Insufficient equipment in labs.
Placements
No placements in our college. As our seniors since 8 getting their jobs as their private but no campus placements. College management never took an action about this placements. Now it's getting better.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure here is good. The Classrooms are big and spacious and are air-conditioned. There are also projectors in every classrooms for visuals. The college campus has 2 canteens and a nescafe outlet. Campus don't have the wi-fi facility. Hostel facility are provided to the students and hostels have the wi-fi facility. There are 2 large playing grounds and 2 basketball courts.
Academics
Currently, I am pursuing B. Tech here in IT stream . The faculty here is diverse. Some are very experienced and supportive while some lack the art of teaching. The college follows the guidelines of AKTU and the course is updated accordingly. There are hardly any free lectures in the college and lab assignments are conducted here on a regular basis.College focuses more on theoretical approach than practical approach.
Placements
Placement graph here is constantly rising and over past few years more and more companies are visiting the campus. Highest package offered here was 26LPA but that was off campus. Last year, Flipkart visited the campus and offered the package of 18LPA.Lowest package offered here was 3LPA. Average package here is 4-6LPA.
Campus Life
Campus life here is below average. Students don't get ant free lectures so there is not much time to explore. The college annual fests is amazing here and the fests are also very interesting here.

NIT Silchar have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipments including a newly bulid Asia's largest digital Library named after Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, state of the Art super computer, each department consist of their own seminar hall equipped with advanced technology. The college has a Innovation center which helps in blooming the innovative ideas of the students. It has respective fields for all the sports and an Indoor stadium. It provides proper WiFi facility in every Hostel.

I am studying MBA here in NIT Silchar because of its quality education and experienced faculty members. The curriculum of our department is updated and includes all the recent developments. Yes, to some extent, the study makes me job-ready.

Department of Management Studies, NIT Silchar has a record of 100% placement with all the students placed in reputed organisations. The first year students gets the privilege to intern in reputed Companies such as Amul, Berger, ITC, ONGC etc.

TMI is originally an off campus training institute of the prestigious BITS Pilani in the marine industry. The faculty mainly consists of ex defence personnels and likes of professors from IIT and BITS. TMI follows a strict NDA format of education. It has the state of the art sporting facilities. The campus is of 100 acres and also consists of a trainee ship on campus to give the cadets hands on training they require. It has essentially all the necessary facilities to facilitate a global industry

Initially it's very difficult to adjust in this environment. But eventually the discipline and routine becomes a part of who you are. Even though the curriculum is regulated by IMU (Indian Marine University), TMI workshop makes it a point to teach us a class apart education at par with today's requirements.
Placements
The shipping industry is going through a recession. But still TMI provides 100% placement for NS and 95% for ME cadets, and therefore in these tough times, TMI make sures its cadets are placed. Value for money indeed.

College has a very good infrastructure. All the labs in the campus are equipped with the latest machines. College has a good well maintained ground. The gym is fully functional. The infrastructure and overall campus is graded "A" by NAAC.

The teaching staff is qualified and well trained. The academic courses are well aligned with the industry. Courses are offered for all streams. The quality of education was the factor I chose this college.

This college have a lots of labs and a well built infrastructure. Also the labs have real instruments used. The course provided here is aeronautical engineering that's why the instruments and parts are real of aeroplane. Also there are 2 original aeroplanes whose engine have been removed. Wifi is available in college as well as hostel too. There are no smart boards feature but yes the teachers are very good and explain everything very well. Places like corridors etc are always clean and hygienic

B.Tech aeronautical engineering plus AME course is the course which is only provided in this college and rather than other colleges who provide it for 6 years it is here for 4 years. This course provide best time saving and also degree and certificate. Here teaching is good but best in 3rd and 4th year. It always depends on student how much they take from their mentors, so to become job ready it is fully dependent on students and also teachers are always ready to help students.

Quality of placements here depends on all over result, there should not be any back in last 4 years and also on your skills and resume. You can do internship from 2nd year. College provides a MRO training with Air India in which we work on aeroplanes at IGI airport. Further you can apply for internships as per your choice or can ask teachers and there are some retired from air force too. So yes there are placements but only depends on the student. There are many airlines companies to provide job

Campus is small but here as it is small so one person is known by everyone. Here everyone lives like a family and its fun but after 9 you can't go out of hostel. Before that you can play anything and also can go to market which is a few distance away. Sometimes after classes teachers also come and join you while playing and if somehow someone got injured then there is medical facilities too. This location is a bit safe and have 2 branches- delhi and Neemrana, Neemrana will be more appropriate.

I think in all the three campuses the Hyderabad Campus is the best. All the hostels , academic block mess are all beyond your thinking. The auditorium as well as library is pretty great.
