College Infrastructure
Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Classrooms lack proper Ac , it's hot in some rooms but overall well built and good smart classes.. living space and food hygiene is great.

One of the best in india. Curriculum is updated regularly. New study patterns are quickly adopted. Only medical college in India which has govt and private both hospital exposure. Also encourages MCQ solving through exam making pg preparation easier.
Placements
It's good. Many students get good pg ranks after completing MBBS from here. Internship offfers around 25k per month. Also it's one of the best college in india to encourage for foreign residency. So it's excellent.

Placements are good. Core placements are still not that much as the trend in most of the college's but overall placement is quite good. Top IT companies provide placements every year and they have almost 100% placement.

Campus Life is good. Being a north Indian I was initially worried because of new environment but when I reached there, it was a good mixture of every cultural background and safety is never a concern in Kerala, be it boy or girl. Location is very much in the city and all the facilities are nearby.

I'm studying ECE with a specialization in instrumentation engineering .Yes,the curriculum is updated yearly so that all the necessary subjects are there in the syllabus keeping in mind the recent developments in the field therefore making us job ready for future.And i find the quality of teaching to be good.

The quality of placements has been really good.In 2019 placements,the highest salary package offered was 41.6 LPA 86% of the students got placed in top companies.The average salary offered was around 4.5LPA.The placement process is generally easy and pleasant for most of the students.SRM supports all its students throughout the placement season.

Campus life is amazing at SRM..Everything is available within the campus or nearby Potheri. The college has a place called Java Green within the campus which houses about 20-25 food stalls and is a popular hangout for students during break-times.The campus is safe with security personnel at strategic points.The campus is well connected to the city with train services and MTC buses.The railway station is right across the campus.Shuttle buses for movement from one block to another is present too.

In terms of infrastructure, it is one of the best college in the state providing almost all facilities and equipment for young engineers to learn and explore. All classes have smart boards which makes learning more realistic and are well maintained. The library remains calm, creating a perfect environment for students to concentrate. There is a huge ground and an indoor block for sports and also 24/7 WiFi facility. Hostel and living places remain clean and hygiene.

I belong to Computer Science and Engineering department and my purpose of studying is to gain knowledge and explore. The quality of studying is simply superb with experienced and emphatic faculty. The curriculum updates every year which includes teaching trending technologies and this perhaps makes me job-ready and I am !

MRECW is the college, which is bench mark for placements were almost 80% students get placed with end of 4th year 1st semester every year. The highest salary package offered is around 1500000 and average salary is 50000. The placement process is easy and pleasant with less competition than outside i.e., within the college. As our college is very supportive, it makes us more confident in getting succeed in our interviews.

The campus life for me has been a pretty smooth ride. I am indulged in various hands-on real world engineering projects. The clubs offer high quality lectures and workshops. There are varieties of shops including fast food chains nearby the college. Overall , I would recommend you to join the college.

There are two galleries and one academic building where classes are held. The galleries are well equipped with projectors. All the labs are well equipped with new devices, the computer Science lab is open 24*7. The library have books for our academics, competitive exams and for research works as well .Wifi facility is available in library.There is one SAC building to play indoor games, proper fields for football ,cricket and basketball and Gym is also available. Food in hostel is not bad.
