As IIIT KOTA is running in MNIT campus for now , classrooms and labs are good enough. Condition of boys hostel and toilet is pathetic ,internet and wifi related issues are common.Girls do not live in hostel(live in flats constructed for faculty) and face internet related issues.
Academics
curriculum is good but teachers are not, only 1-2 teacher is from research background , we dont have permanent faculty as some of our teachers are MNIT faculty and some are contracted faculty .Labs are not worth it . book based learning is there ,no practical knowledge from faculty side .
Placements
As we are allowed to sit for placement with MNIT,placement stats are quite good. Around 90-98%students get placement in CSE. But there is no assurity for companies as we are at mercy of MNIT. if MNIT say no for a certain company then we are not allowed to sit for that. ECE students also sit for CS/IT based placements. Companies like Amazon,Goldman,CodeNation,Droom etc comes every year. overall placemtes are good.

One of the greatest plus points of this college (or for any Sinhagad Colleges) is that they have high placement rates. You will have a job, however it might not turn out to be good for you. About 1200 students from sinhgad institutes get placed every year.

I am a student in the electronics and communication department of JSS Academy of Technical Education Noida. The quality of the material and teaching provided to us is quite good. And the teachers are well experinced.The circullum is kind of a little out-dated but it's all in the univeristy's hands not our college's.

In branches related to IT industry , the percentage of students placed are very good but the core-department lacks in this area.

Placement ratio is quiet low here. At my time, only few companies came like TCS, barclays, sokrati, some start ups. Barclays offered 4L package which was high for my year. But the start ups were giving package like 1.5L only.

Classrooms are well maintained but don't have smart boards at the moment. The computer lab is newly setup and has 30 brand new computers with high speed internet. There is a small canteen in the college campus that serves fresh food, one needs to buy according to own requirement. The college also hosts a range of programs all along the academic year.

Since its a government institute, Students gets selected from respective state (North-Eastern) joint entrance examinations. The quality of teaching is average but teachers are highly qualified and put necessary efforts to give the students a better outlook of their respective subjects. The syllabus followed is as per issued by the Pharmacy Council of India.

As maximum students opt for Post Graduation studies after B.Pharm, the quality of placements is less. Few students that wish to get a job are fully assisted by the teachers in getting into Marketing sector or Industry.

It is just opposite to Agartala Govt. Medical College that serves well for any medical emergency of the students.

Being a College Hosteler, I can experience some more additional benefits like evening Gym facility as well as sports like Volleyball, Basketball, etc. The College fest is the center of attraction which is a 4-day amazing event. The location is safe as the college is located outside the main city. Transportation is easily available. And also Hospital is near in case of any health related issue. Ambulance is 24x7 available for students inside the campus.

Middle level companies from Mumbai, Pune and Aurangabad comes for placement in our college and 60 to 70% students are placed in our institute. Being an almost 100 year old college it has buildings over 50 years old which due to their age requires constant maintenance. Infrastructure is old and dated, although it's constantly being updated every year to current standards. Average quality food and above average quality sanitation is maintained. Most faculty is on contract basis and lacks the skills and experience required to teach. On the other hand the permanent faculty has a lot of experience and are highly respected and reputed in their field. Classes are average and are mostly taken by guest faculty, mostly ends up doing it on our own.

Placements is where the institute shines. Being an old institute it carries a certain name which comes in handy during placements. It has a large alumni base which helps too. Packages are above average for the level, figures are detailed and are not inflated by the institute.

My college has got a quite large campus area with 3 buildings, 1 Library, a Science Lab, 2 Canteen (one canteen is a Roof-Top canteen). The Sports ground is very large where all the major programs like freshers party, Farewell party are held.

The Faculty is very much experienced and with great knowledge, but their Teaching style is Pathetic like,they come, give the lecture and go. They don't even care weather the student understand or not. You have to study on your own to get good marks. Practicals are held very less.
Placements
I have not heard about Placement Cell in this college. They don't provide any sort of placement to the students, even no internships is being provided by the college. Rather very few are interested in getting placement,some go for higher studies or some work in local Malls.
