College Infrastructure
Diploma campus infrastructure is awesome.Labs & workshops are having well advanced equipment.Central library with 1500+ books,separate hostels for boys & girls but rules are very strict,24/7 water & power.As my juniors said recently Entrepreneurship cell has opened in campus.
Academics
I completed Diploma in civil engineering,because i like construction field.Curriculum doesn't consists all recent developments like CAD.Teaching is excellent.For getting a good job this study is not enough.
Placements
While i'm studying we got less core related placements,but know it has been improved.As my junior said 60% + students getting placements.Placement process is easy & pleasant if we have subject knowledge other wise it became difficult.

Yes my college provides all the facilities and equipment to every student. College infrastructure is also good. College class rooms are very clean and every classrooms have projectors for teaching. Library is also very big more than 1000 of book are present in the library magazine and newspaper are also provided free of cost. We have labs also for practicals. WiFi facilities is also there in campus to every student. A big sports ground and gym khana is also there for playing. And a good canteen.
Academics
I am studying BSCIT degree because I have interest in the field of IT. The quality of teaching in my college is very good we get to know the latest information regarding our subjects. Our curriculum is also updated and includes all the recent development technologies. Technology is a very trendy field so that's why what I study it makes me job ready because I learn enough things in my college.
Placements
Placements happens in our college in large numbers. Every year top IT companies visits our college to place the students. Almost more than 50 %of the students are placed in my class. With a good salary offered. Our college prepares us for the interview process that why the placement process becomes easy for us.
Campus Life
Location of the college is safe but the other side of outside the college is very dirty. College conducts it's annual festival every year in this large no of events happen for students so that they can learn and improve their skills apart from studies. All types of events happen to activate the students. College staff is also very supportive and helpful.

The placement was good in my college and the highest package was 10 lacks PA. And the average package was 1 lacks PA. placement opportunities are given by college but notmuch good because the field of work different

The physical infrastructure comprises of spacious classrooms with seating arrangement and equipment that supports learning and understanding concepts. A vast library acts as a knowledge powerhouse for the students. Hostels are average and foods provided are not so hygenic.

I am currently studying diploma in mechanical engineering in this college. Quality of teaching is quite good. The backbone of the college is the team of knowledgeable and experienced professors. Yes the curriculum is updated.
Placements
I don't know the quality of placements in this college because this is the new college and our batch is the first batch. But I hope in our batch the placements would be better. There is a placement team in place who guides us with various career opportunities.

Campus life is good in this college. Students play different types of sports like cricket, football etc. Some young professors are friendly and also plays sports with us. There is no strict rules on attendance of students. Location should be better but its ok and safe.

I am studying Entc engineering ,it is a part of IOit department.The syllabus is as per assigned by the pune university.ALso there are no attendance issues as such.Lectures are taken regularly and the faculty is the best.

The placements of the college are good.Most of the people are placed every year.Average 3-5 lakhs per annum salary is offered!And some extra-ordinary people aslo get salaries above 10 lakhs.Overall the placement is good.

THe college has life in it!The annual fest Alacrity is a huge success!Students from all over pune participate in it and various technical and non-technical competitons are held.The college supports various events and the budget is also quite good for the same.

Software branches has a very good ctcs which goes max to 1.02 crore for foreign companies and 40 lacs being highest domestic package. But the package of core branch is not as high, the median package is 6 lacs for core.

I found the teachers very supportive here that's why the academics part of college is outstanding here most of the professors have completed their PhD from IITs. The training are also provided here if English proficiency and coding languages . I think curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field .

The institute has 90% success rate and round 100+ companies visit the campus every year during placement season to recruit candidates. In 2019 many students of Mechanical and Civil were placed in Major Core Companies like prism Cement , Treveni turbine and Godrej etc. In terms of the package offered, a lot of companies make high offers, especially, in the computer science and Information Technology field. Last year, the highest package of 24 Lakh given by Amazon & VM ware.

Campus in our college is just awesome and very enjoyable. College is situated near Town. So one have access to the local markets.Throughout the whole year various types of seminars, fests, etc are organised by our college and the students.There are 2 canteens in our college where you can hang out in free time.

Many it based companies(not hcl ,TCS,wipro)and startup companies will come to college for hiring students.Almost 45-70% of students were placed but many of them are not showing interest to work in those companies just because of package they offered .. Average salary is 12k to 15k

Here the main problem is college management very much concerned about girls and they does not allow a boy and girl talk each other ..If they found ..They punish and scold the students in unparliamentary language and more over college location is very much near to rtc busstand its just about 50 -100 metres distance

Yes my college has all the basic and advance infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Almost all the classrooms are air conditioned and with projector facility. The living places are very neat and clean with hygienic food.

I am studying M.Sc. in Geology which a course newly started in the year 2015. All the faculties of my department are well qualified and have best experience. Yes my curriculum is up to date and includes all the recent fields.

The quality of placement is moderate as this is a new department so placement is not good here. Overall placement is very good here and the process is also very easy and pleasant. The college is very supportive.

College campus is awesome. It is a closed campus so no security issues. Student can walk inside the campus anywhere. There was are some night shops. There is a student plaza in the middle of the campus.

The syllabus is not currently updated.......... and it needs modification to make students ready for the industry. .....however,it is being updated for our next batch... Some staffs teach very well...and some portions will always be left for self study.

The placement cell will support students but the placement offers depends on the department. CS and IT students will be more placed with highest salary package.Still ECE students will have highest salary of 30 LPA and average of 5 LPA.

As far I know,the college has always been a consistent topper for several years in the list of campus placement records amount private institutions of India,students are also undertaking internships at various R&Ds all over the world.

The Academic Blocks are clean and well maintained. The have all necessary equipment's and labs, which are enough if the faculty manages it. In the classrooms, there are whiteboards, blackboards, projectors. Hostels have free WIFI, gymnasiums. You could borrow anything from the sports centre, and return it later on. The libraries are air conditioned, and has all necessary books.

I am B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. Basically, I am into automobile stuff, so I chose this stream. Considering the quality of study, not everything will be taught in classrooms, you'll have to learn most things on your own. The curriculum is updated and keeps updating with time.
Placements
VIT doesn't have many placements for Mechanical Engineers, but you are always free to steal other jobs. Last year, the highest package was 40lakh/annum, and was given to an ECE department student. Very few companies visit the Chennai campus, but of course, you could visit the Vellore Campus anytime.

College provides a lot of opportunities to interact with people from all over the country. Students can engage in almost any activity they want. Considering the support provided by staffs, its very minimal(there are exceptions). The location of the college is in outer Chennai, so the nearest mall, is at least half hour far.

Yes, my college has all the necessary equipment’s that are on a daily based usage.....the infrastructure is absolutely perfect.the libraries have a complete storage of subject books and other magazines ....the sport centres are excellent, we have almost many outdoor games as well as indoor games,there would be cash prices for the winners ...the living spaces are completely perfect!
