B.Sc Food Technology Hons is a four-year full-time course offered by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara.

Duration : 4 yrs. (8 Semesters)

Constructing strong basic foundation in concepts of food and nutrition, thus crafting skillful and notion ready food experts for addressing the malnutrition challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology or Food Processing as vocational subject) or equivalent.

For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.

(5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

Student can exit after 3 years with B.Sc. degree, subject to fulfilling the applicable university policy.

Lovely Professional University has facilities ranging from library to laboratory and cleanliness is taken great care of here.The size of the classrooms is good and the classrooms are equipped with very modern technology.

College Infrastructure

college infrastructure is really good it is 600+ acre campus with mall and different food courts . It has gaming zone also and also various places to sit and beautiful view from everywhere. it has good break structure

College Infrastructure

College infra is good which is spread over an area of nearly 600 acres as claimed. The university is very big in size with a length that runs upto nearly 2-2.5km from campus main gate to 60th block building. The university has a big area called unipolis where there are regular concerts and events happening. The university has multiple food courts where the variety of food dishes can be enjoyed. The university has an indoor stadium which has a basketball zone, martial art zone and 12 badminton courts. The infrastructure is impeccable.
