College Infrastructure
The campus infrastructure is good but its not done completely.There are many things which are still under construction like auditorium,sac,etc.There are lecture classes,laboratories facilitated with central AC,smart boards(projectors)and proper equipment.All the hostels,classes,and laboratories are well maitained,hygenic and had good WiFi facilitation with lan connection .We had our newly constructed hostels for boys and girls with awesome infrastructure.Sports grounds are also well maintained.
Academics
I'm an undergraduate student of Electronics and Communication Engineering branch.The quality of teaching is very good with well experienced faculty members.Professors are student-friendly and are ready to help students through their academics.They provide us a good explanation of subject/concept and also provide assignments of good standard questions,strengthing the basics of the concept.The curriculum is updated and it do includes the recent developments in the respective field.
Placements
The placements in our campus are well and good only for the students who are preparing themselves for software and coding related companies(irrespective of their branch).If you are from a non-CS branch and wants to get a job from your core subject related companies,then there is a very less chance to get placed!The highest package acquired was around 42LPA from a software company to an CS student.The average salary can be of around 8-10LPA (considering all branches).
Campus Life
Our campus is located at the foot hills of barauni,Jatni,Argul,Odisha.Its a serene campus with around 950acres of land.The grenery of the campus is the best thing i can say and the worst thing is that it is little far away from the city.It takes about 45-60 min to go the city bhubaneswar.Emergencies cannot be handled always as there are no big hospitals on the way too.Students can engage in all kinds of activities like sports,cultural and technical through fests and societies in our campus.

Yes, our college had almost all necessary facilities and equipments but wifi connection is not that effective , limited one. Our canteens and living spaces are quite hygienic with the basic facilities but required to be much more sophisticated one.

I have studied Bcom(ACCOUNTANCY) in this college and teaching techniques was efficuent one as they guided us as much as possible with their immense efforts. There are still some facilities yet to needed to be adopted in the curriculum.
Placements
Yes, there is a placement cell at this college and they provide placements as per the qualifiactions i.e.(Bcom, Mcom,Bba,Mba).But it is necessary to take some effective steps towards the palacement. Though they offer salary as per the companies but its time to adopt more effective steps towards betterment.

The college is located in a populous area of Guwahati city with an enormous infrastructure facilities and an eco friendly one. It has all its necessary facilities , equipments and an amazing decorum. Our professors are our good guide with a supportive nature and friendly behaviour which helps the students to solve various kinds of diffuculties and could able to take part in extra curricular activities as some of the important inter state and district level competitions and events held here.

I am pursuing CSE in smvdu. so, as per my experience, the academics system in smvdu is quit much good than other state and private college the best part about it are the students at SMVDU experience an interesting & refreshingly different teaching-learning process which matches beyond the mundane and has been pioneered at the IITs for several decades. tbh the quality of placement of our collage is not so good as it is situated in a city of J&K so good companies is not visited there. only mass requiters companies or new startup companies are visited their. but here is one good thing is that the percentage of a student placed is 100% . if we talk about highest package offered in campus placement is not much , it's around 7 to 9 lac but many talented students who goes for ofcampus are placed with a good package of around 13 to 15 lac and above .

It has a huge campus with most of the facilities available which includes huge academic block ,proper and working labs for all the branches, seperate department branches for each branches , mess's good quality food as compared to other college's mess ,clean and green environment and a campus lake and also huge field for cricket football handball basketball volleyball and indoor games like TT, badminton, chess .

Well academic is also good in the college. I would not say it is fantastic but yes it's bad neither. Facilities are quite supportive and knowledgful. Among all jaypee institute Mechanical branch is the best in this college whereas other branches always been a tough competetors for other it's branches. Syllabus being same as few NIT's and even the teaching quality is also nearly same. Various updates may introduced but not always.This year Minor specialization is a new thing introduced so far.

For most of the placements student need to go to the Noida branch for interview part . The placements are far better as compared to UPTU colleges . College offer 100% placement for students with usually an average package of 4-5 lpa. This year the students uprises and made it nearly 6.7 lpa with highest package of 28 lakhs .Last year highest package was 25 LPA and the college highest ever was 37 LPA. There is a great opportunity for CSE and Mech student as companies like Amazon and Google arrive

campus life is satisfactory. Seniors involvements make the journey more interesting . Friends , environment will always make build in you a positive vibes. You can even engage yourself with college regular events. JYC (jaypee youth club) formed for extra-curricular activies like dancing music art presonality development. Few other clubs are media , sports ,literature ,technical . The only negative aspect is that college don't have any malls or entertainment modes nearby as it is far from city.

Very good, 1000 students took admission in IIT BHU in our batch and around 950 students are now placed. Maximum package is 1.5 crore and average package is 13-14 lacs per annum. Placement experience was great.

Faculty is mostly of age below fifty and are not so much experienced so you can expect a average level teaching from them. It is a private college which falls under the Kurukshetra University which is good.

I am studying bachelor of technology in electrical and electronics engineering. The quality of education is average as teachers are not very experienced. Curriculum is run according to the kurukshetra University and what you will study will make you pass in the exam.

GECA does not have good infrastructure as it should be. Canteen and library is decent. But didn't had enough computers for every students. WIFI and power sockets for laptops was not available. Don't have open place for eat lunch.

Academics are horrible. Some teachers are very rude. Some times it may affect to your grades and educational year. No regular lectures were held. Some teacher didn't take even single lecture. College politics affects to students very much.

Fewer students got placed. They didn't take any extra efforts for students placements. Some teachers has perfect government employee attitude. Lack of communication and information providing. Your own hardwork can get you job.

Laid back and lazy staff, Rude and arrogant teachers, old building and less facilities make this perfect government college. Some students are genuinely bright that's what make this college what it is.

College has an old infrastructure. It is located in the city of Raipur. Classrooms have old benches made out of wood. There is a library at the college. There is no dedicated sports centre. No WiFi facility. There is one small canteen out of the college building.

Teaching quality is just fine. No extra efforts are taken in teaching. This is an autonomous college affiliated to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University. Course curriculum is not updated at the modern level.

Placements are non existant at this college. Students after graduating look for job offers outside the campus. No companies visit the campus for placement drives. I see college breaking no sweat for bringing the companies at the college.

Campus Life is amazing but it is quite tough to survive without any kind of device. We are not allowed to take our cell phones in our campus and even in Hostels. But beside studies we can learn a lot like we have core courses including sports classes, NSS, Rural development, General knowledge, Indian culture and Tradition etc.. All we have these core courses which boosts up our knowledge. And if I'm talking about the area where DEI is situated is totally safe and yes it can handle emergencies
