If you want affordable, valid B.Ed degree with time to prepare for competitive exams, you can choose it. Don't expect modern infrastructure or placement. But for future government job aspirants, it's a practical and economical choice.

If your goal is to prepare for UPSC, SSC, teaching jobs along with graduation, this university is suitable and budget-friendly.

Siddharth University Kapilvastu is okay for a simple graduation degree. Admission process is easy and fees are very low, so poor and middle-class students can afford it. Regular classes happen in main campus but affiliated colleges are irregular. Exams are often delayed. Management is slow for results and marksheet correction. No placement, no internship. You should only take admission if you want a valid, low-cost BSc degree for further studies like MSc, BEd or government job preparation.

Other points: Admission is direct on merit, no entrance for BSc. Exams are often late and results get delayed by 3-4 months. Management is slow but supportive. Hostel available only on main campus, limited seats. Scholarship (UP Scholarship) available for OBC/SC/ST and General EWS. Crowd is mostly local students from Basti, Gorakhpur, Siddharthnagar area. Overall decent for a low-budget regular degree, but don't compare with big universities.

If you are consistent with classes and assignments, you will get good knowledge and marks. Practical exposure can be improved a bit more but overall academics is on the strongest point of this college.

Quality of placements at my college is very good compared to other colleges in Uttarakhand. The Training and Placement cell is very active and supportive. They conduct regular placement training. Around 80-90% students from my batch got placed. Highest package offered was 18 LPA. Average package is 8-10 LPA and lowest is 4 LPA. If you study well and participate in placement activities, you will definitely get placed.

There are many clubs, every year annual fest, freshers party, sports day, and DJ nights are organised. Students from different states study here so you get good exposure. Main criteria for our college placement is CGPA and strong profile and we can obtain this profile when we attend many hackathons, internships, lead a team, build projects and improve our analytical skill. It is approximately 87-95% of students got placed this year with an average package of 11 lakh and maximum package of 55 lakh and it is attained by CSE or IT department. And yes our college placement team is highly supportive.

College campus life is best with amazing faculties and friends. We get to hang out too often with friends as the college is surrounded by many shops. But the only drawback i feel is we donnt have much cultural feast like other college. we get to coordinate and wok on our colleges on of the biggest event called as "intrams" but other than cultural feast there are plenty of hackathons and department techical events month by month.
