Academic wise it's okay ish i would prefer you guys to choose this course here, the curriculum is also not updated and all the lab equipments and stuffs are also very old and haven't been changed for years

The placement quality of college is not that good, they collect our resume and send it to some companies and those companies doesn't hire people mostly and only one or two gets placement or intership.

College Infrastructure
I have spent 3 years in this government autonomous college and I am giving my review on the basis of my 3 years of experience there. The infrastructure of the college is quite good, with facilities including roughly 90 rooms, a library, labs, an auditorium, lift, ramp, an enabling unit for differently-abled people, an outdoor playground, dedicated spaces for indoor sports, an open gym, canteen and hostel etc. and yes they're all well maintained.
Academics
While it is affiliated with Barkatullah University, it is an autonomous college. There are multiple streams offering UG, PG including Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Library Science etc. I did BA in English Literature. Although the faculties of my subject were very good, they paid a lot of attention to the students' studies, classes were held properly, the syllabus was completed on time, attention was paid to attendance, CCEs were very good like poem recitation, presentations, making research papers etc. Under NEP, we were sent for field projects every year, every year a fest was organized named ATHENA, alongside many literary activities, workshops, competitions were organized. But the faculty for some subjects were not that good as they should have been, like their way of teaching was not that good.
Placements
There are not many placement opportunities in the college. But there are some other programs, if you participate in them then you can get opportunities which are not that great. But there should be better placement facilities.
Campus Life
My 3 years there were very good, it was a great time there. Faculties as well as seniors were very good and supportive. The college organizes occasional cultural programs, talent contests like Nutan Nandini & Nutan Kokila, and departmental events. Regular workshops and personality grooming are hosted through the Swami Vivekananda Personality Development Center. The campus provides a protected, women-only environment located centrally in Shivaji Nagar.

There are many facilities and very good infrastructure in the Hyderabad Central University. To describe the facilities we have wifi equipped classes , very well maintained hostels, good sports facilities and also free transport.
Academics
The quality of teaching here I have experienced under the Integrated Master of Arts in Language Science is quite good. We are encouraged to participate in national level talks , workshops and internships which helps us stay up to date with curriculum and also at the same time get experience for work.
Placements
I don't know about the highest salary package offered at HCU because it doesn't have any placement offers. The quality of teaching itself helps a lot for students to get better experience and gives exposure to work life experience.

With its architectural building, we have ample spaces with drafting tables, digital fabrication capabilities, and advanced workshops where making physical models becomes so easy. Our classrooms are modern and bright, with advanced facilities for software demos. It all makes us feel creative, and 24/7 access to both physical and digital library facilities certainly helps when we are rushing for studio submissions.

I must say that the 5 year B.Arch program at JSDA is extremely contemporary and pragmatic. Approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA), it not only includes the theoretical aspects but also adds the latest design and construction technologies for sustainable buildings and architecture centred on people's needs. Being interdisciplinary and practice oriented, we get an opportunity to do actual projects-oriented, we get an opportunity to do actual projects, to cooperate with various departments, and create our own portfolio. We learn more through analysis rather than merely studying textbooks.

We Constantly get assistance from the Office of Career Services at JGU regarding our internships and placements. They help us fine tune our portfolio and prepare for interviews in top notch architecture companies, design firms, real estate development companies, and urban planning consultancies. On completion of studies, students land up in positions such as architectural designers, urban planners, interior strategists, landscape consultants, and spatial researchers. The industry experience that we gain from guest lectures and project assignments gives us a good head start.

I reside in the hostel on campus, and life in such a place is very lively. Staying on campus involves being part of late night studio sessions and walking around the beautiful green campus with friends afterwards. Food courts and canteens remain open till late at night, and that comes in handy especially during assignments submission weeks. There are plenty of student clubs, cutural events, and sports facilities where you can relax from your design studio session.

Sadly, no placements are there for students at University of Hyderabad. We have to do internships for two times, once in 5th semester and once in 7th semester, which makes us getting experienced in the research oriented programmes and also work management.
