College Infrastructure
PSIT College of Higher Education is having AC Classrooms, well maintained Labs, Library, Hostels. Large campus with adequate facilities but some small maintenance and cost issues occurs. Overall good infrastructure.
Academics
It contains structured classrooms with proper discipline. The curriculum is mostly theoretical and provides very less practical exposure at times there by bringing consistency to learning, responsibilities, exams.
Placements
PSIT College offers good placements as most of the top companies conducts drives and training's are provided. Mass recruiters lead the pack while top packages are limited, average opportunities remain stable for students.
Campus Life
It offers average campus life aa there are very limitations to it. Events, clubs, and sports exist, but due to strictness it limits the enjoyment.

College Infrastructure
My college has the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments required for proper learning and training. We have wifi in the labs and in e-libraries as well, we have proper equipments for sports. They are all used regularly and maintained well but some problems do occur sometimes. The campus is pretty clean all the time but the food is not that hygeinic all the time for hostel mess and drinking water is also contaminated sometimes. Like there have been complaints when there were insects found in the food and water.
Academics
The quality of faculty is good. The professors are really helpful in clearing the concepts and answering the doubts. They conduct a mentor-mentees meeting once a month, in that meeting the students can share any kind of problem they are facing, related to academics, college campus, or any mental issues as well. They try their best to resolve the problem.
Placements
The placement cell of our college is not that good as it should be. In fact it doesn't even work properly. They need to have a proper infrastructure for placement cell and they really need to work on it. If anyone gets a job, then they are getting it on their own, the college has no placement cell to help students in this matter.
Campus Life
The college has nice classrooms, seminar rooms, labs, library and e-library. But I feel there should be smart boards or projectors in every classroom as it is a digital era today and smart boards and projectors play an important role in learning. Classrooms don't have ACs in such a rising temperature and its really tiring to survive. The table and chairs can be more comforting. Every student should have their own personal locker, which we are not provided with. There is a big ground where students can do their daily practice. There is a gymnasium in the basement, there are necessary equipments for sports that are required. There is good space in the basement. The canteen area is big but there are not proper tables and chairs to sit and eat properly. We have an auditorium which was had a function 2 months before. Before that it was not in a proper working condition and the ACs are not working there properly.
Anything Else
If we talk about the fests and events, in that section the students and college is really active. I enjoy participating in the sports event, our college's annual fest and many such events going on every 3 or 4 weeks.

As PSIT is known for its 90% job placement so there placement criteria is very good if a person having a good or average resume the placement is guaranteed just you need to work on yourself and build a good resume a good resume leads to a good package placement

Most placements are in service-based companies, so students need to work on coding, projects and communication skills to get better offers. Overall, the college provides good placement opportunities, but getting into top companies depends mainly on individual preparation and effort

Anyway, we came here to pursue this degree with a lot of hopes, and I feel most of those hopes are getting fulfilled. I am quite satisfied with my experience here. Every day feels like a new start, beginning with a simple “Hi mama,” which makes campus life more fun and lively. The college campus is good and the environment is friendly, which makes it comfortable to spend time here. Overall, I would rate the campus around 9 out of 10.

I usually spend more time in the labs than in my own room because the setup at PIET is just that good. I am talking about high-speed systems that don't lag when you're running heavy simulations, and the whole vibe is of a modern tech infrastructure. the smart classrooms are top-notch. as for the hostels, they've managed to ditch that cold, institutional feel. It genuinely feels like a second home where you can actually relax after a long day of coding.

I honestly didn't want a degree where i would just be learning theories and practicing coding. That's why i'm so glad i picked BCA CTIS at PIET. We jumped straight into deep end with Cloud Tech and Security from day one, which was exactly what i wanted. Everything we touch, from virtualization to data protection, feels like stuff I'll actually use in a real job. It's definitely a challenge, but i finally feel like i'm learning things will give my career a strong head start.

I feel like the Career Advancement Cell (CAC) is our backbone here. They actually put in the work to get us ready. I've watched my seniors go through these intense mock interviews and grooming sessions that totally transformed how carry themselves. Since my specialization is demanding. I really appreciate that the cell brings in recruiters, specifically the Cloud and Security experts. It's a huge relief knowing there's a team working around the clock just to make sure we land our dream roles.

Campus life here is just WOW! I recently joined the Cloud Club's introductory session on AWS, and it was awesome to see so many people having the same mindset i do. But it's never all about screens and servers; the festivals here are legendary. Whether it's the massive vibe during Holi or the peaceful energy of Vasant Panchami, the campus literally transforms with lights and music. There's always something happening that makes you feel part of a community, and that balance is what keeps us all sane during exam season.

The infrastructure here is just incredible. It doesn't feel like those old, dusty engineering colleges you see in movies. The ECE wing is sleek, and the labs are actually updated with the stuff you'll see in the industry, like VLSI design tools and specialized loT kits that we actually get to use. the whole campus has high-speed Wi-FI, and the smart classrooms make the long lectures way less boring. It's a clean, modern space that actually makes you feel like a "techie" the moment you walk in.

Academics here are intense but in a good way. we aren't just stuck with textbooks; the focus is heavily on what's happening now in the tech world. A major highlight recently was our industrial visit to SCL Mohali. seeing semiconductor fabrication and VLSI processes up close was a wonderful moment. Also, hackathons are basically a must here. in Hacktu 7.0, the energy was off the charts, and i was so happy to see one of my own batchmates take home a win.

I will be honest about the numbers, since that's what everyone asks first. the placement cell is pretty relentless; they start preparing us early with mock interviews and coding practice. I have heard my senios getting placed with average packages of 5-6 LPA. The highest last year was 45 LPA which is just wow. Whether you are into core electronics or chasing big names like Amazon, the platform is right here. If you've got the skills, you're set for life.

The energy on campus right now is just different! We recently hosted Prof. Ved Prakash for a talk on global education trends, and it was actually super inspiring. Currently, PIET Quest 2026 is going on, and the preparation is non-stop. But it's not all work; the Maestros and Myntra Glam Fest we just had were absolutely awesome. It was the perfect mix of fun, fashion, and creativity that we all needed. It's wonderful place if you want to study hard and party harder.
