Infrastructure of GP Solapur is too large,12 Acres of area where there are all deptartments like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, ENTC, Computer, etc. College has 3 hostels 2 for boys and 1 for girls which is much more secured lies in campus itself. There is also a canteen where we get snacks and tea & one Xerox-Centre beside it. It has one library where all students study during their off lectures. Workshop for mechanical and electrical is also available for performing their regular practicals.
Academics
Academics of this college is quite good. Faculties are so co-operative to the students. I was in Computer Dept where all staff are so supportive, they provide quality teaching to all the students. From 2017-2022 there is I-Sheme i.e Industrial Scheme where syllabus is designed as per industrial requirement just like autonomous institutes.
Placements
Placement in Gp Solapur is great, especially for mechanical students, which is around 80-90% with 10-12 companies every year like L&T, Tata Power, John Deere, etc. They have average package of 2 LPA. for computer dept , Infosys, L&T, comes with package of 2.2 LPA and 2 LPA respectively. Highest package of GP solapur is 6LPA (Thought Works). Every branch is eligible for Thought Work's campus.

I am from ece branch. I am very keen to learn about the different topics in this branch. The quality of teaching is good. Smart boards are used for teaching purpose. Yes, the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments. The teachers gives good Notes that are helpful for the students during the semester examination. The faculties conduct suprise test and quiz test to check the understanding of students in that subject and also some class tests are conducted every week.

The campus placement opportunities are very good. Around 95% people are placed this year. The highest package this year was 19 lakhs per year offered by Western Digital. The Average package this year was 5-6 lakhs per year. The placement process is quite difficult but very pleasant. Yes, the college was very supportive.

This is the best part about the college. Neither the classes nor the syllabus are nerve-wrecking. The syllabus, at least for the Mechanical Engg including the first year which has common subjects, is very relaxed and doesn't require a lot of time to cover. Here, you can just read for a couple of days before exams and still score decent marks.

Hostel fee is moderate and with more facilities.

The highest package offered was i think it's around 18 lakhs per annum and it got by a NCC student. The average salary was around 4 lakhs per annum. Yes college is supportive during placements.
