Btech mechanical engineering due to interest in the automotive sector. Highly updated and relevant coursework. Professors demand students to be self explanatory. Access to efficient notes os possible even if nit your professor's notes. Vague coursework and offers options for specializations and minors. Considerable accomodations for project work internships and journals within the credit system. Handle FFCS with care. Makes you job ready but heavy efforts from student required.

Highly competitive placements in vit. A huge no if companies visit vit offering wide range of opportunities for students in all domain. Students fall under wide categories of offers like dream super dream marquee and mass recruitments. Significant difference in numbers in between the categories. Average salary is 8.19 lakhs per annum and highest ctc is 1.02 crores from motorq offered to students from cse department. Satisfying packages offered.

Great place for networking among peers. High diversity among students and there is a community for every diversity among the students like tamil gang, mallu group up bihar gang etc. Students teachers and support staff are all not the same. Few are friendly , few are rude and it differs. They don't help underprepared students. There is cmc vellore few kms away from vit and a health centre within the campus supportive for emergencies

Academics is at good level but Teachers can't force students to focus on academics they don't care what students are doing they only come to class give lectures notes and take exams. These teachers are highly qualified and educated.

According to recent placement data my college also doing good in terms of placements more than 60% students included all branches are getting placed by top recruiters like Tata Consultancy , Coding ninja and many more.

The placement system of my college is very student friendly it helps the student get what they really want in their life the faulties help them to find their way to success and the percentage of students that were placed is really high the highest salary offered was one CR and it was for computer science the average salary is 6 lakh and I am yet to go through all this process next year.

College campus is really good the best feature is the square one which is the canteen my college got a lot of beautiful buildings. The first feature is that it all ends after 4 years. Students teachers and everybody else is very friendly and a student specially a girls student would feel really safe there are guards around after every 25 m who helps new students when they get lost and stop any violation. The emergencies are handled really beautifully.
