JIMS, kalkaji has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The college takes proper care of the basic needs of students, from hygiene to installed ACS. In every classroom, AC, smartboard and, CCTV camera are installed and are well-maintained. Library of the college is the most peaceful place to study wherein the comfort level of students is highly taken into consideration, making it a perfect place to study individually or in a group.

I am a B.COM( H) student and it's been a year since I got admitted into this college. The quality of teaching is extremely good. Teachers do not take students for granted and are very helpful. The current curriculum was updated in 2017, which is quite impressive and all the recent developments in the field are supervised.
Placements
Every year, top companies come to recruit students of UGC for an annual salary of 2-3 lakhs. Students of UGC can sit for placements or can go for higher studies. Some popular companies that hire students of JIMS, kalkaji are JK tyres, HCL, Genpact, Amazon( India), Cafe coffee day, British Telecom, VIVO, Urban clap etc.

College life of JIMS kalkaji is great. Seniors are really helpful and friendly. Everyone is up for a comfortable conversation. Unlike some other colleges where even the faces are unknown, In this college, students are well-aware about the batchmates. The best feature of the college campus would be its geographical location and worst feature would be a small college campus.

The college is a little bit far from Kolkata & but it has a big campus with a lot grounds for different sports. It has total 3 storage building academic block with hostel in inside & outside the campus. All the labs, library, classrooms are well maintained & stays clean but most of them are non - ac.

In terms of academics, the college has very good & experienced faculty. The course curriculum is also very well designed & provides the essential industry specific knowledge to the students. So, overall good academics.
Placements
The placement in the college is decent with most of the placements are for CSE & IT jobs. Other than that new recruiters do visit the campus every year but the package has to be raised a little bit. Students mostly get job here. So, average placement is good.

Placement for Computer science, Electronics and communication and Information technology are good but maximum in IT companies. Not many core companies come here. If you wish to do job in IT then it's good.

If you're a cse or IT placement is awesome here. Placements for civil are worst. Placement coordinator s are good. College also organises various coding aptitude tests for students to get familar with placements and interviews.

Campus is good and clean. Green andclean campus. Grounds are small but college has a cricket ground and basketball court. Gym is broken . Canteen food sucks but you have many food corners around so its fine.

No placements in our batch as it was COVID batch. It could have been better if faculty there have pitched for placements so I would more placements opportunities more admissions can help the college grow bigger more

As I have students of school here so the college life was good but need more people and the director and lab faculty was the best in our period.in our clg we also had tour..it was so refreshing.

Academics :i'm graduating (B.tech in electronics and communication engineering) from here.and my experiences is yet best and all the professors are highly qualified and very supportive but you may find some local annoying student which may not be of your category.And yes the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development in the field. you will find many assistant professor who will always be ready to assist you in lab work ..if you really focus you will find everything around you.

To be honest the campus placement is not as much good as it should be the student here generally focus on startups and higher study.just a few sit for the placement in campus. cse and ece branch is offered best salary ,about 80% of eligible student who sit for placement where placed with median salary INR 4.5lakh/annum. highest salary package was offered was 17lakh. now a days seniors are given traning through TBIC and placement cell is being active towards focusing oncampus placement.

Campus life is really awesome,you will fall in love and get addicted to such campus-life,you will find every thing very easily inside campus like ATM,bank,post-office,medical are center,grocery,cafe,restaurant. gym ,playground.you won't like the mess food at the end of semester..in early time while the semester begin it will be all the way good but keep getting worse.campus is fully safe and just opp to university there is narayana hospital and no one gonna left you in emergencies anywhere.

It is a government medical college and has sufficient infrastructure, facilities and equipment to cater to the needs of students. The academic building has four lecture theaters, a examination hall, a central library and a student canteen. Two new lecture theaters have been built where regular seminars are conducted. All the departments have well-equipped and well maintained laboratories. WiFi is available both in college campus and hostels. Cleanliness is average and food is hygienic.

I am pursuing MBBS, to serve the people of my country. The quality of teaching is good but self study is mandatory. The curriculum is updated and professors encourage students to publish research. The college has its own journal. The curriculum is completely clinically oriented which grooms you to become an efficient physician.
Placements
Students pass out of the college with a MBBS degree which makes them eligible for pursuing a job as a physician. Hence, the placement is good as all of the students end up getting a job. The salary package is diverse as there is no such campus placements making it difficult to maintain a data. The college is supportive in all respects and highly student friendly.

The college has the largest campus (162 acres) amongst the medical colleges in West Bengal. The campus is beautiful and all the basic amenities are available. The students can engage in various activities like cricket, volleyball, football and badminton. Various programs and competitions are organised during the college fest "Plasma" every year in the month of September. The students are friendly and teachers are very supportive. The campus is safe and can handle emergencies.

Teachers are much supportive. There are so many popular teachers who wrote famous books. So you can easily understand how their teaching quality is. Apart this, only the worst thing in here is politics.

Though it doesn't arrange any direct on campus recruitment, but with the help of the teachers students become enough capable for getting job. Teachers help us to grab better career opportunities . Otherwise, there are some departments where on campus recruitment are going on after 2023.

The college is currently operating in the temporary campus and the permanent campus will be operational within 1 year. There is bus service from hostel to college which is pretty much organized. All the essential services are available in hostel as well as in the college campus.

The academic structure is very good here. Most of the facilities are highly educated, experienced & done PhDs from IIMs. Students go through a very rigorous curriculum & in 2nd year various electives are available according to the industry specific requirement & students' interest.

The placement in IIM Amritsar is quite good with many companies visiting every year. The students get to choose their preferred industry with different job roles in various brands. The package is also increasing year on year atleast by 10%. So, overall very good placement process.

The syllabus of the program is decided by RTU & the college works according to it . The teachers here are moderately experienced but the majority of them are P.hD holders . CRT classes are conducted by trainers in order to enhance students personality which is a must for good placement

The quality of placement is best among all RTU affiliated colleges (specially for CS branch) . Highest salary package is 12 LPA & average salary offered is 4 LPA . Actually as of know i am a second year student so i don't know much about that.

It is best of my knowledge . Students can engage in many activities like Science fest , Cultural fest & many other fun activities are also organised . The college is surrounded by many other colleges like kautilya & PIET . Mahatma Gandhi Hospital is also not too far from the campus . In addition to this , ambulance is always present inside the campus in case of any medical emergency . Transportation is easily availaible .
