College Infrastructure
Yes, our college does have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipment which is pretty good and perfect. The classrooms are big and spacious. Laboratories are well managed and the staff members working here are also wonderful. Coming to the libraries which is the best of all, in its infrastructure, availability of books of all types, its a calm place to be in and get all your works done. We have a big cricket ground, a basket ball stadium for games. The hostels are well maintained.
Academics
I'm studying information science and engineering, because i'm interested in networking and AI. All the teachers are qualified, very supportive and helpful in all ways. Yes the whole curriculum is updated and does include all the recent developments in the field. Yes what we are learning is enough to crack the stream job interviews.

Placements are very good, top companies like Microsoft, Infosys, Tata consultancy services, accenture etc visit our college. 75%-80% students get placed. Highest CTC Rs. 5LPA for mechanical science and engineering in 2018. Average salary offered is Rs. 3.5LPA, yes college is very supportive in providing skills and also pleasent.was

And yess food was hygienic and healthy tooo..there was a big auditorium in which all the programs held like..fest, workshop, seminar indor activities and cultural activities..in our college we celebrate Indian festivals like janmastami,Ganesh chaturthi, navratri..etc For female students they provide a pink machine in which we get sanitary pads.

Bethune college is the first women's college in Asia. As it's a renowned college and one of the oldest college in kolkata, infrastructure is no doubt very good. Equipments in laboratories and books in libraries are enough as needed on the basis of syllabus. Science and arts libraries are separate, wifi is available. Sports centre opens only for few days before annual sports. Rest of the year it remains closed. The food available in the canteen are of reasonable price and hygienic.

I studied B.Sc honours in physics in this college. Quality of teaching is really appreciable. All theachers and non teaching staff are very caring, and student friendly. Practical classes also held very carefully. Curriculum of students are regularly updated in the website. Office stuffs are very helpful for any official purpose.

Worst infrastructure, i prefer not to take admission in it by watching it as Government college, its useless for BA as i am doing Bachelor in Arts from Political Science and in 2 years i get only 20 30 leactures, professors are lazy. No canteen No wifi, not any good infrastructure for college. I prefer to do either via private college where you can learn something or in some good government college like BHU or you college life is waste here.

I am studying BA from political Science hons, and frankly speaking i can say that this is worst college ever to study, not from my single perspective but via others too. Teaching quality is so bad that I can't even explain in words here. I had only get 20 - 30 lectures in past 2 yrs. Generally professors were absent, and classes were suspended due to exams or elections and etc etc, never study here if you want to study, i you need some time pass college then you are welcome here.

There is no such terms as placement. You can't get 1000 rupee placement from here via study, yes you can some money in gambling or by doing favour in election or nom education platforms because here there is no scope for BA students generally and others commerce and science stremas are some well but idk how well are they because they are also nalla.

The college has good infrastructure, facilities and equipment such as air conditioned classrooms, and necessary lab equipment. The places the college falls short on are the regular maintenance of lab equipment, the traditional use of blackboards in an air-conditioned room, elevator traffic and poorly maintained sanitation areas. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic in the college canteen. The WiFi system is redundant as most students prefer data over WiFi citing privacy concerns.

I am pursuing a baccalaureate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The other undergraduate courses the college offers are Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering. The curriculum is updated occasionally, not as frequently as the grading system is updated. Teaching in MSIT is good at all Measures except for a few faculties of 1st year. The teachers take classes in old fashioned way all the same as in govt schools which I think is best in all means and also assignments are given to the students from time to time in all semesters from 1st to 8th.

On an average the highest package MSIT can offer os upto 8lpa , and most of the companies visit are from CSE and IT domain only so there is very limited scope to ECE and EEE students there. So the placement options are good but someway not the best.
